We love this park for an Air Hog game and on July 4th you get fireworks as well. However, getting out of the parking lot took us 2 hours after the fireworks were over. The parking and exit for this place is probably not a problem any other night, but beware July 4th.

We go to Quick Trip often. If y ou love baseball, this is the place to be. The seats are all close up, the players friendly and willing to interact with you, and the food is inexpensive. There is a playground for the kids and everyone is amiable including the fans. It is family oriented and no one minds the little ones yelling for The Air Hogs. Even the seats seem a bit roomy enough for the larger of us. Cup holders abound, leg room is adequate. It's a great evening out.Free parking!!!!!!!! and you don't spend a half hour walking to the park. Cost is 1/5th the cost of a Ranger ticket AND you can see the players' faces from your seats.

I love this little park, there are no bad seats, the food is inexpensive and the players (AirHogs) work hard for their limited income! It's a great family outing, and I would highly recommend this for a baseball night out!

The Grand Prairie Airhogs play just down the road from the Texas Rangers. But if $100 seats are a bit beyond your price tag, and you really enjoy baseball, consider this family friendly alternative. The Airhogs play in the American Association, level A baseball. As an independent team, they have no immediate ties to the Majors, but fill their team with kids trying to catch someone's eye. They are incredibly reasonable in price, you can have a hot dog, grab a beer or soda, and get great seats, all for less than $20 per person. This past year the city of Grand Prairie made significant improvements to their stadium (which is modeled after an airplane hanger - the area has been the home of many airplane manufacturers. There is a swimming pool in the right field fence, a nice watering hole (bar and grill) at the left field corner, a kid zone playground, and plenty of room for young ones to burn off energy. The players interact with the crowd before and after the game, and you stand an excellent chance of grabbing a foul ball. The park shares parking lots with a very large horse racing track, there is a great theatre/performance hall right next door, and just a 2 minute drive will take you to the Ripley's Museum. A great location for family fun!
