Now this is a treat to those who love firearms and the history of guns. If you are memorized by guns, then you will feel like a kid locked in a candy store at Christmas.

If you are a gun enthusiast then then is your Disney World. My friends and I got lost for hours. This place is humongous and has a collection of weapons that will leave you wandering around for an entire day.

The firearms in this museum are world class. The paintings, Plains Indian collection, and of course firearms make for an incredible place. You can spend all day here. The firearms date back to the beginning of arms, and they have a huge collection of everything. Amazing place.

We purposely visited this section of the museum to view the old Winchesters firearms. We even took a Model 1873 for the curator to review. To our surprise Remington and every other model of gun was there. Display after display of some of the guns that won the west were visible. definitely worth the price of admission. We visited two full days and never tired of looking at all the items.

Thousands of guns from rare antiques to modern firearms. Both long guns and handguns. If you're into guns. it's worth it.

Interesting, extensive collections!Interpretation could be much improved. For example, how a repeating rifle works is never explained. The video explaining flint lock vs. cap vs. cartridge is good for novices.Look for the temporary exhibits -- the current borrowed Smithsonian exhibit is quite good

What a learning experience this Museum was. The evolution of firearms over the years and how they looked is something to see.This is the most comprehensive collection of American firearms in the world

This is the most extensive gun museum I have ever been to. I really enjoyed walking through the multiple floors of weapons they have on display here. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in such things.

Cabinets full of serried ranks of guns. I'm not into guns, and you would need to be a real enthusiast to appreciate it. I believe the presentations are due for updating

A great part of the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. Even if you are not a gun collector or gun enthusiast, the displays are wonderful and very educational. Make sure you have lots of time to wander around.

Fascinating wall to wall displays of guns and weaponry. We entered this museum at the end of our day at the Buffalo Bill center and knew we were too tired to digest all that was being presented. Our plan is to make another trip in the Spring and start with the Gun museum.

Cody Firearms Museum is one of five museums in the Buffalo Bill complex. This is an amazing collection that includes everything from very early developmental firearms to guns used in movies and television shows. There are collections representing all of the major manufacturers and historical firearms that belonged to celebrities, presidents, lawmen and outlaws. It will take several hours to even casually stroll through this collection. It is a truly outstanding museum.

Excellent display of Guns, ammunition, manufactures , and more.Many displays of shot guns and hand guns. From the largest Riffel to the smallest pistol. Many form other countries as well.

If you love firearms, this is the place for you. My husband could have stayed in here all day. Everything you could wish for.
