I used to go there until my massage therapist left. I had purchased a package of massages. A few months went by. When I called to ask the status of my account ( i k eq i had at least 2 massages left) no-one answered the phone ( they had already moved to new place). I left a message. No body called me back. I let a few weeks go by, then called again. Spoke to a lady and explained the situation. She said they had no record of my sessions because there were from last year before they moved. She said she would have her manager look into in and called me back. It never happened. There are plenty of good massage therapist out there. Stay away from this unprofessional business.

I made an appointment online. The massage therapist (Cymone Ulibarri, LMT) never showed up for the appointment; the office was closed. No one answered the phone and no one ever contacted me to follow up. Very unprofessional.
