pat's fun city

This is a small town and does not have many activities that the big towns do, but this fun city was a perfect place for a family fun evening. The mini golf is rustic looking and at first I was not excited as it did not have all the bells and whistles of the other mini golfs I have played. I was wrong. The holes had as many challenges, different levels, and even sand pits as it needed to be fun for the whole family. The woman in the office was friendly and helpful. We did not use the batting cages, but we could see several people in there laughing and having a good time. We wrapped up with the go-karts. My son was tall enough to drive his own (46 inches I think), and my daughter who was not tall enough was able to ride with her Dad in a double car. The kids talked about it for 2 days. The cost was inexpensive too. This place is a diamond in the rough, and certainly worth a trip.

GO CARTS! (only open on the weekend) We spent the day in the caverns and found this place right next to our motel. The 2 teenage boys I travel with were in heaven. They even got off the go carts and played a couple rounds of mini golf. I loved the lack of video games! The place is owned by Pat, a really neat lady. She is working on improving the 80s built place that she's owned for about 3 years now. Just thrilled to have stumbled on this place.

Nice new colorful go-carts. The miniature golf is a full 18 hole outdoor course in good condition. It's not the best maintained course in the world, but not the worst, either. The batting cages have special rates for teams and hourly rates, too. I think I saw a couple of video games or a Foosball table inside, something like that, I'm not really sure. For now, they are only open on the weekends, Fri & Sat 4pm -10pm and Sun 4pm - 9pm. They also have snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. Combination specials are offered that bundle up their fun for good discounts. Wrist bands also available. Location is available for private parties. Visa & MC accepted.
