I took my son and six of his friends to this place. The cost is $20.00 per person which includes the socks. We did all the waivers ahead of time and it still took half an hour to get checked in. Once checked in, you are required to purchase their socks. You then sit through a video once the person feels like showing it. My kids waited several minutes before being shown the video. They say they add 15 minutes to your jumping time but by the time you finish the video and put on the requisite socks, it is already into the jumping time with bonus time. This place seemed geared more towards little kids. Moreover, there are really on three sections to jump. First, the basketball net. They adjust based on the size of the player. Despite having four nets and a long line of people waiting, they only used two. Second, they have a foam pit. They only permit two people on separate trampolines to jump into the foam at once. After a single jump you have to get back on line. Naturally, the line gets long. Finally, the general trampoline area has about 24 trampolines for individual jumping. You can jump for one to another but the referees clamp down on any fun. Friends cannot jump into the same square or have any contacts. In fact, they were told to stop Hi-five. The "referee" is really the no fun police. After half an hour, my son's friends were ready to leave because they had experienced everything. The place is spacious but certainly could use more trampolines in a more fun way.
Before coming here go online and schedule a time to arrive. Save yourself stress!! Due to the weather in NJ lately, I didn't want to pay ahead of time and not be able to make it.With that said, me and my two boys (3 & 5) and we're greeted at the front by a girl who said the wait was 10 minutes and took my phone number to text us. The kids with super excited seeing all the places to jump. 25 minutes had passed and I thought it was time to see how much longer. Now there was a man at the front who told us the wait is over an hour and he doesn't know why we were told 10 minutes. There was a family behind me who noted they were told 10 minutes also. He tried to be apologetic but at this point the kids were becoming anxious. He said the wait was about 30 more minutes. We go back to the waiting area and after 40 minutes we walk back. He advised it will be a little longer and gets me 2 free jump passes and a buy one jump pass. We waited another 15 minutes. I get the text and we go. 25 minutes on line to sign in, then we have to sit through a safety movie and they were off. The kids have to basically stay within their square and can't move. I get it for safety but seemed a bit excessive. You should be able to move about if there is no one in the square next to you. The people who supervise the trampolines were super nice and good with the kids. All and all the kids had a good time but don't see myself coming back anytime soon. Before going I saw online this establishment did birthday parties and it seemed pretty cool. After going, there is no way I will be coming back let alone have a party there. Management needs to step in and get their staff in order if they want repeat business.
I came across Rebounderz when I was looking for a place to have my child's bday party. I hadn't heard of them before, so I went to the Edison location to check them out, and let me tell you ... I WAS HOOKED from my first call to them. They were extremely friendly and accommodating... they gave me a $50 discount off the party package, held the date for me without any deposit down while I took a few hours to decide, and accommodated all my party needs without any extra cost or frustration. They also gave my family a FREE HALF HOUR trial of the entire facility before we booked our party. (You may think that a half hour is not much, but it's ACTUALLY MORE THAN ENOUGH because after 15-20 mins on the trampoline ... you are sweating and exhausted!!) I loved Rebounderz and particularly the Edison location. The center is spacious, clean, and the staff is EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS!!! The party hosts actually are helpful (unlike other places) and their food is delicious! Everyone (parents included) from my child's party REALLY ENJOYED THEMSELVES and want to return for a future play date!!! Unlike other party centers, Rebounderz IS FUN FOR KIDS AND ADULTS ...so adults don't need to stand to the side and count the time until the party is over ... they can just jump in and join the fun, and it is A LOT OF FUN!!!! Also, REBOUNDERZ IS EXTREMELY SAFE!!! The refs ensure everyone plays safe, so no one gets hurt. So don't get scared by the waiver lingo .. it's just standard protocol. If any of you who have heard of SkyZone (a similar indoor trampoline center)... PLEASE KNOW REBOUNDERZ IS SOOOO MUCH BETTER! I had checked out SkyZone too but they are more expensive for a smaller facility, SKYZONE IS NOT FRIENDLY and doesn't accommodate any individual party needs and if they do... they charge you so much extra!! HANDS DOWN REBOUNDERZ IS BETTER!!!!!!!!!!! It's a great place to hold a party or just go on a playdate and have fun with friends!!!!!!!! ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had at Rebounderz of Edison. We had my son's 5th birthday party there, with fourteen children attending. We were so impressed with how our party host Alyssa made each child feel special, kept them to a schedule, and created a wonderful birthday party for my son. He said it was the "best party he ever had". We just wanted to write a quick note of thanks to the entire staff for making that day so very special. I highly recommend this as a child's birthday party destination!! Thank you!
I came here my my whole family, and from start to finish, front desk staff to the jump referees, everyone was so fantastic and helpful! My family had a great time and I'll definitely be coming back in the future!
This place is awsome. Otbrings fitness and fun with your family together. It's a cool and fun and friendly environment for children of all ages . Highly recommended to go to if your in Edison !
I had so much fun here. The people who work here were very nice and helped me with any questions I had. I would definitely reccomend this place to everyone.
Its a great place for the kids. They need better ventilation. Place smells very bed of sweat. Very loud also.
I took my 14 year old daughter and 3 friends there on a Saturday afternoon. I was worried it would be mobbed with people but it really wasn't. The girl at the registration desk was very friendly and that process took no time at all as all the kids had their printed out waivers with them. Took a few minutes to watch the instructional video and then a few more to get socks and helmets. I was VERY concerned they would not get a full hour as I had read complaints about that but they did. They have two main jumping areas and unfortunately the second less crowded one closed for a party right after our hour began. When that happens all other jumpers are confined to 1 main area and if it's crowded you won't get in. The kids were okay until about the last 5 minutes of their time when they decided to step out and were not able to get back in. There is a third jumping area but that is used for younger/smaller children. It is expensive ($17 + $3 for socks) for one hour but I bet it would be super fun for younger kids birthday parties and wish it had been around when my teens were little!!
Just had my son's 11th birthday party at Rebounderz in Edison, NJ. Such a great party!!! Not only is this place fun but so clean! We had a party host named Omar who was fantastic handling our very active group of kids. The jumping activities are very safe and the host made sure every child was properly fitted with helmets & special socks. Everyone had an amazing time!
Kids went here had a ball lots of games for everyone bring money for games tends to be pricey with lots of kids
I took my teenager there and we had a BLAST!!! Very clean facility, very organized and so much to do. I highly recommend this place and we can't wait to go back....
Fun place, however, it is very easy to get hurt... Follow instructions, especially when trying to jump off the walls and/or trying to flip in the main trampolines. Plan to drop about 20$ per person (for just 1 hour) - personally, I think it is a bit pricey to just bounce around. Also, if you are under 18, they make you wear these ridiculous helmets, which wouldn't even help in the event a fall or collision. - personally, i think they should be optional (especially with a guardian's consent). Anyhow, it is a clean place but they will rush you out when it is time to close. They seem to want to go home pretty badly...
I am the director of a summer camp and took a small group of campers here for a day trip. Out of all of the trips I have ran to locations throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Most of the staff were unprofessional and rude, not only to my campers but also to the adults chaperoning the trip. Most of the campers got bored very quickly of doing the same thing over and over again on the trampolines and when we asked if we could play a game with them or change the pace, the adults were told that they needed to stick to a schedule. By the first 15 minutes, most of the camp was sitting out even though they still had 2 hours left to jump. We were also told that our camp would be provided a pizza lunch. Each camper was given 1 slice of pizza and when they asked for any more they were charged for each additional slice. This probably wouldn't have upset as much if it wasn't for the immense amount of staff, that as far as I could tell did nothing all day, sitting around eating pizza in front of my kids who were trying to collect enough money to have a more filling meal. On top of that, the staff of Rebounderz, sat around and gossiped about my campers and staff, as we could hear them the entire time. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this establishment personally, or with my business.
I tried to take three 15 year old boys to this place and was told that they could not jump without their parents written permission. Really? I drove a half an hour for nothing. Besides, the place looked full of little kids. No fun for teenagers!
