If you are a baseball fan, you should not miss it! I have seen folks tailgating in the parking lot. The organization works very hard to engage the community. I was there this summer to throw out a "first pitch" for the local Kiwanis clubs. They are also very welcoming to children and adults with disabilities. I have been here in the past to do a walk for autism awareness. They have a variety of food and drink options available. I enjoyed the lemon Italian ice.

First Energy Park is home to Lakewood BlueClaws! This is a great stadium and makes for a wonderful family outing. It is easy to get to and has ample on site parking. Most Friday night games have post game fireworks! Stadium is clean and offers several good food choices and snacks to enjoy during the game.

The Lakewood Blueclaws, winners of the 2006, 2009, and 2010 championship SAL League offers professional Baseball A, at affordable prices. Why drive far to New York (Yankees or Mets), or Philadelphia (Phillies), when the A club (Phillies), is right here in Ocean County. There are many ways to buy tickets, in advanced, (discounted rate) at the stadium, on line, phone, etc.. There are Lawn seats, and a variety of seats in the stadium, (all with great views)***advanced price tickets available at the stadium too..at least 1 day needed. Food is so/so, and tough for Vegans, Parking is $3.00 per car. There is a store with Blueclaws, and some major league baseball apparel. There are also concession stands with baseball apparel. Check out the Blueclaws web site for shows, events, and promotion days. Finally, each year the Lakewood Blueclaws host a Fan Feast Day where tickets go on sale for the first time for the season. Fan Feast Days includes an additional discount on tickets above and beyond advance ticket discount...GREAT DEAL!!!!!!!t Finally, there are package deals, (Season tickets, and partial Season Tickets deals). The Lakewood Blueclaws is the most successful team in the SAL, drawing over 1 million. The team will take the field in 2015 looking for its 4th title.

We accompanied our son and our grandchildren to a game to see the Lakewood Blue Claws battle the Greenboro Grasshoppers.Inexpensive way to have a lot of family fun and enjoy a game. The children received a free meal as well and complementary gifts. How could we go wrong!Loved the park, the environment, the game and one of our grand kids caught a ball as well

This is such a great ballpark to take the whole family to. Great food and activities for all. It is easy to get in and out of. Love to catch a Blue Claws game when in NJ.

If you aren't into hot dogs and hamburgers, you still can find a decent meal here. It's just one more enhancement that makes a visit to this ball park a great experience for adults and kids.

First Energy is so much fun for kids, even if they don't like baseball. The tickets are very reasonable & they have kid's eat free nights & free fireworks on Fri nights. For the real baseball fans, every seat is a great seat!

We are silver seniors who have been attending games since the park opened. It is an inexpensive way to spend an evening, enjoy some ballpark food and root on the Blueclaws. There is a lot of fan friendly entertainment and special deals for seniors. They even have a day when you can bring your dogs. The best part is we can be home in about 15 minutes when the game is over.

Excellent. small park, enjoy game without the traffic and headache. good seats all around stadium. I also attended a concert here a while back and it was the best concert and location that I ever attended.

The park is fun for all ages! Just an all around fun and casual time. There isn't a bad seat in the house and at these prices you cannot go wrong!

With little kids more interested in watching a minor league ball game than playing in the bounce house/playground, you know you've found something special to do with the family. We were here with our college alumni group and the hospitality we received was unlike anything we've experienced anywhere else our college alumni group has been to. The park is close to where we live, VERY clean, easy and cheap parking, good food, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. There were a few staff members that made our experience just mazing by making us feel right at home. We got to go down on the field through the visiting team's dugout for a group photo for a view of the stands most people don't see. We felt like special guests! Although I didn't personally know the staff member who took care of our group, John, but he is also an alumnus of our alma mater and he did a fantastic job making sure everyone was taken care of. The stadium itself is just a very family friendly place where you can walk around the entire field while the players are practicing and playing. There are concessions even behind center field and the back corner of right field. Several local bands/musicians played for the crowds in various locations around the stadium. The picnic area our group had on the third base line deep in left field was perfect. We were well fed for the bbq time allotment with great food. Being in such a family friendly place made us feel comfortable letting the kids go to the play area and rest rooms together. Even the parking attendants smiled and welcomed us! Aside from all these wonderful attributes to this minor league ball park, it was great to watch a ball game with professional players who still play for the love of the game and not an oversized contract. One more thing, we stayed for the fire works after the game and all I can say is WOW. Such a great way to end a super evening with the family. Heck even the time we spent leaving the parking lot was good as the local police have determined a highly efficient way to allow the mass exodus of guests at the end of the games without drastically altering the normal area traffic. If you enjoy a fun night of minor league baseball, the Lakewood Blue Claws are a MUST.

This is such a great place to see a baseball game. It is very clean, easily accessible and offers many perks for the kids! The Kids Club gets you free games, free food, and a chance to get on the field. For the adults, the seats/food/drinks are very reasonably priced. We always have a great time every-time we visit. You cannot go wrong! Get out there and support your local minor league team!!

We have been here twice this season. Nice, friendly ball park. Very reasonable for families. Tickets, parking, food and drinks are very affordable compared to big league parks. Just wished the team was better this year

I can't think of a better way to spend time with family and friends than to watch a ball game and not have to spend a fortune in the process.
