This is one of my most favorite places. My dog loves it so much, I have to spell it so she doesn't get too excited before we go - although I think she has learned to spell! It really is like going on a little vacation. It takes about 45 minutes to leisurely walk all the way round. It is very flat. All dogs are supposed to be leashed. There is the occasional idiot who unleashes their dog - and of course, these are the people who have no control over their dogs - so just be on the lookout. My dog is tiny, so I'm able to swoop her up in a hurry. Some people let their dogs swim in the water, I'm not sure it is allowed. There are park benches situated around the park. I highly recommend it.

Breathtaking views, and beautiful paths await you at Natirar Park. Dining at Ninety Acres on the top of the Park is one of our luxury outings. Looking forward to the opening of their Spa.

Set in beautiful grounds, this lovely building houses a most disappointing food and service experience. There are no quiet, intimate or cosy corners. In fact, it looks like a posh cafeteria. And a very noisy one too ! The music was too loud for us to make decent conversation. Perhaps some other party complained as it was, eventually, lowered. Also, I was cold. I shivered throughout my meal. The Maitre d'Hotel took his time to take our drinks order, and forever to take our food order. When I asked him about a specific cocktail drink, he presented me with a blank face. None of us liked his attitude. The whole time, he acted as if he was doing us a favour. We concorded that he was a lousy ambassador to the company he worked for. My first course was a pasta dish. It was flavourless. I gave the other 3 diners a taste of it and they all agreed it was totally bland. The duck I ordered was o.k but nothing special. The only dish I enjoyed was the salty ice-cream. I thought it was interesting and innovative. No one else liked it though. And, the toilet seat in the men's room was loose ! Says it all really...In short, we were very disappointed. The bill did not reflect the quality of the food and service. It was way too pricy given the mediocrity of the experience. I believe 99 Acres bases its reputation on its setting and architecture. Nothing else...

Such a beautiful location for a wine festival we attended. Picniced with friends along the stream under the trees.

We take our dog here for walks 3-4 times a week. We all love it; we see so many other dog owners. They have stations for bags and garbage cans to pick up after your dog so it is very clean. There is a big 25 minute flat loop or you can go up a hill and around another shorter loop that has hillier terrain. On the flat loop you walk along the river and through some trees. There are also big open areas of mowed grass. On the back loop there are fields and it is very open and less manicured. We highly recommend this park!

Nice place for an easy hike. Great place to walk the dog. Plenty of parking, restrooms and a water fountain.

The trail around the property is a walker's dream. It is about 1 mile around and it is nice to walk on with small stones The view is spectacular as you look up at the main house on the property. Restrooms are available and there are picnic tables scattered among the trees if you want to stop and rest, have water, or snack. We have not eaten at 90 acres or availed ourselves of the cooking classes offered there, but for now we just love the walk!

Great place to enjoy the outdoors, ride a bike, play ball with kids or fly a kite and it's free to get in.

Great time, beautiful surroundings! Went for a festival and had a fantastic time. The mansion on the hill is gorgeous.

Natirar Park contains over 400 acres and is located in Somerset County. The property was formerly the Ladd estate and later owned by Hassan II, The King of Morocco before being sold to Somerset County. The property contains the original Ladd estate mansion which is now leased as a restaurant/spa. There are various historic structures within the park. The North Branch of the Raritan River flows through the property. The park has two main walking trails, one that’s 1.3 miles and called the Great Meadow Trail that’s below the mansion, and the second is a 1.0 mile Upper Field Nature Trail. This is a very beautiful park and well maintained. Pets are allowed but must be leashed. Trash bags to clean up after your dog and trash cans are throughout the park. There are 4 parking areas that can fill up on a nice day. The park only has two port-a-toilets which are located in the upper parking lot. Bikes and horses are also allowed on the trails. There is a ranger station at the entrance of the park, and emergency phones on both trials. My wife and I enjoy walking our dog at Natirar and highly recommend this park.
