maple wood park

Beautiful, relaxing, great for family or a nice solo hike. This park is a hidden treasure. Great trails for hiking and horses. There is a nice beach, great for small kids.

This is my favorite place to be in the fall. The maple trees with their blaze orange and golden yellow leaves with the bright blue background of Lake Lida. The trek up Hollaway Hill is a workout but well worth the view!

we have been there often. a few times we were in the horse park. loved rideing in the park. The kids like to walk around and check out any little animals that they can find or a turtle once in a while
