If you ask a kid, the rating on this would be right off the chart, but some of the equipment is getting a bit worn and is in need of replacement. Having said that, it you have third graders or less at home and need a place to bring them to burn off some energy, this is the place. The inflatable slides are the pieces needing some replacement--but they are huge and I'm not seeing them in the eyes of a youngster who loves them. The climbing rigs are fun and challenging. There are also rooms with calmer activities for younger children. The kids will think you're great for bringing them to Jumpin' Jane's.

We were in Dubuque visiting for the weekend and took our son who is almost 2. We were very disappointed. The staff was rude and it was overall very dirty. There was nothing for him to play on and there are several hazards for older children as well. The setup is horrible and there were too many kids running and knocking over my son. We will not waste our money and go back again.

Kids think it's fun. Food is average. Could use more seating for parents who are not eating. Mostly table seating. some lounge type chairs for parents to watch TV. Great place to have a kids birthday party.

OK if you live a Dubuque or are just passing through, the kids will LOVE Jumpin' Janes. The kids just love it! It is hard to leave. The food is also amazing! Especially their pizza. They also have a $1 section on the menu which is great for large families!

We were here for the New Year's Eve kids party.. What a great time! They had a dj, the staff were super fun and interactive, and the kids got hats and noise makers ( which they LOVED) they had a hula hoop contest and limbo game.. Overall a great night.. Stayed the whole 3 hours! Highly recommend!

Kids enjoyed it for about 45 minutes before asking to leave. I had to ask the gals behind the counter to please change their language while my 4 year old son picked out his prizes (we spent $20.00 on tokens and ended up with a tootsie roll and an air head) None of the games worked and apparently tokens are non refundable. The floor was filthy as were the inflatables (band-aids, Kleenex, dust, suckers, you name it and it was in the folds of the bounce houses) The pictures on their website are extremely deceiving.The food is very good, we had their pizza and bread sticks for a work party recently and I was dying to have it again, however when I went to order the two people behind the counter "didn't work there" and after waiting 5 minutes for someone to take my order I was told their oven wasn't working (although the guy behind the counter was munching on mozzarella sticks) I think the manager just wanted to get out of there, so we kindly took the hint, left, and won't be back.If you do plan on going, do not wear nice clothes/socks and don't come hungry.

There are places for adults to sit back and relax, yes, but this is the only good thing about this place. The place is dirty and has three inflatables for playing, but none for actual jumping (ages 5 and under will be fine, anyone older is bored). Bathrooms are disgusting. The tokens are a rip off and the arcade games ate all of the tickets. There wasn't enough staff on hand and the food was way overpriced. We won't be going back.

This is a place our great niece loves to visit when she comes to town so we have no problem going there the internet access is good and free and excellent past time for family when the kids are playing. The kids have a wonderful time on all of the equipment and it tires them out for sure

We never tire of taking the grand kids to Jumping Janes. The atmosphere is casual with a safe feeling about it. I like the recliners for grandpa!

The kids loved the inflatables. There is a seating areas where the adults can kick back and watch the kids. Food on site is reasonably priced.

Our kids love it for an hour or so. I would like to see it be a bit more clean... but as long as the kids have a great time for a bit and get to get some exercise in, it is super!

We visited on a cold/rainy weekday with our 2.5 year old. He had a blast!!! It was not busy at all when we went, and I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was! (Similar places to this in our hometown are much more expensive and the kids can only jump for 2 hours!) We had a great experience here and would definitely return next time we are in the area!

Today I took all 5 of my kids (ranging from 1 year old to 10) and met up with a couple friends and their kids. The kids all had so much fun and were entertained for the almost 4 hours we were there. Love that there are a few different options for the real young ones. We all ordered lunch and us moms were even able to enjoy a drink together. Staff was friendly as always and kept the place very clean. Can't wait to go back again!

Had an amazing time with my family. The pizza was good and the staff was friendly. Some work needs to be done with the arcade it was out of date and machines ate tokens. Overall had a great time. My daughters had a absolute blast!!!!

It is an awesome place. My nieces were here from Oklahoma - ages 8, 11, and 14 - they had a ball! The BLT pizza is my favorite and became theirs too. My granddaughter - age 8 was here from VA and also loved it! Highly recommend Jumpin Jane's. great job Melissa and staff!
