This is a modern theater experience with comfortable seating, lots of legroom, and no blocked views. Shows are a mix of dramas, comedies and an occasional musical. The shows are well acted and produced. Consequently, they are well received. While it is possible to go to a big city, why would you spend a ton more money for a comparable theater experience. As season ticket holders, our only fear is that the university's bean counter president will drop the program to save a few bucks. We all need a little culture in our lives.

Fabulous company. Professional and student actors. Beautiful theatre. Free parking. Nearby restaurants.

This resident company put on an excellent production of Macbeth in the intimate theatre. They always do a worthwhile performance at a very reasonable price.

From set designs, to the acting, this theatre offers productions as good as many off-Broadway shows! I am always impressed with the quality, and walk away "wowed" every time! The ticket prices are low in my estimation for the value of entertainment! If you have never seen a show by this theatre company, I highly suggest you look at the upcoming season and purchase tickets before they are sold out!!

We've been season ticket holders for a few years now. Show selection varies but is always interesting. Some oldies but also newer cutting edge plays.

Quality theater in a state of the art facility. I have been a season subscriber since it opened and am amazed at the diversity of the plays and the talent of the rep actors.

We have seen about 3-4 plays a year for the last 4 years and have really enjoyed them. The REP Theater offers a wide variety of plays and each one has been very professionally done. The quality of the plays is consistent and the value can not be beat.

I have been to the REP twice and it has been hit and miss. The location is great and theater is top notch. Just saw the Weir and it was a miss. I hope the other shows are of a higher quality or story line. Worth checking out.

Have been a subscriber for 4 years. The shows are wonderful. They always have a great show and the actors are the tops as well as the costume. I guess you might say that this is one-great theatre production here in Newark- not to be missed!
