My wife and I were married at Stone Tavern Farm in August 2014. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and Sunday breakfast all on the property. It was so special, and we are so thankful we booked Stone Tavern Farm for our wedding. John, who runs the property, is a great person to deal with--he is fair, honest, and helpful. We were able to customize each part of our wedding exactly how we wanted it--we did a square dance on Friday, then had a lot of activities on Saturday such as wiffle ball, badmitton, and a 5K run, and then had a great party on Saturday night. Definitely check out his website to get a feel for the venue, but also google weddings at Stone Tavern Farm because you can see just how beautiful the grounds are. During our ceremony, wild geese flew overhead, it was like a dream!If you want a place with no curfew, that lets your guests camp, and a beautiful barn for your reception, I highly recommend Stone Tavern Farm for your wedding!

When planning our wedding we knew exactly what we wanted and within the 1st 5 minutes of being at stone tavern on our 1st visit we knew we had found our location. One of the best parts of having the wedding at stone tavern was my fiancé liked it just as much as I did. This is a venue a groom can get excited about as well. Through out our wedding planning John and his staff made things easy and helpful. When our wedding "week" finally arrived were able to start setting up on Monday, 5 days before the wedding. Our close friends and family stayed with us at the Bally Bunion from Monday to Thursday and we enjoyed the week setting up for the wedding days in advance so the stress level was low! Once Friday came majority of our guest were there, unlike other weddings we were able to spend Friday Saturday and Sunday with our guests and that was all included in the price of the venue. We are from Long Island and Stone Taverns prices were much better. You don't get the venue for 4 hours you get it for the whole weekend (no last call time what so ever!)Our wedding turned out exactly how we pictured it would, mostly due to the fact that Stone Tavern is so flexible they give you the place and with there help you make it into your own, you make it personal towards you and you get to be the only wedding that week. Our guests are still telling us how wonderful it was. Many of them took the opportunity to treat it as a mini vacation, I heard from guest how great it felt to just get away and relax. And so many of them said that It was by far more then they ever pictured it would be.Stone tavern is beyond beautiful and gave me the dream wedding I wished for. I'm so glad we some how stumbled across this wonderful place!

We were up at Stone Tavern for a wedding. There are no words to describe how beautiful the wedding really was. Heather did a wonderful job planning her wedding, with attention to little details! If you are looking for a great wedding venue, this is your spot!

My boyfriend and I are new ATV enthusiasts. We drove all the way down to WV to ride about a month ago before discovering that Stone Tavern Farms was right in our own backyard. We rode with them two days in a row and had the same guide both days. His name is John. He was awesome. He totally made the trip worthwhile. He took us on some very challenging trials and didnt try to baby step us. We loved it. He was very accomodating when I wanted to stop in the middle of the woods and take pictures. He answered all of our billion questions and was very patient when my boyfriend had trouble braking! lmao. It was sooo much fun! I highly recommend this place. Not to downplay other guides but John was amazing! We will request him everytime! :)

My husband and I got married at Stone Tavern Farm in May 2011. It is such a magical and beautiful location and they have done a great job turning it into a space for weddings. John and his wife Danielle were great to work with and their kids were all so helpful setting things up. Everyone had a great time including us, and EVERYONE commented on what a beautiful and special place it is. Thank you!

We go horse-back riding here, and they are always so nice and friendly. They make sure to pair the horse and the rider appropriately and the grounds are just lovely.

This place was so cool. I rode for many hours and the owner John was a great tour guide,

awesome weekend. We went horseback riding and rented atv's. It was like being a kid again. I recommend this to anyone. Beautiful settings. Wonderful people.
