Where do I start. Let me say I usually mock critics as they are tough but being a fair person I decided to post as this was the worst experience ever. I will break into detail.... I went to their NYC location and bought tickets for a birthday. We got to the Jewish center on 8th ave they rented. Immediately we were notified the caterer didn't show up but they performed a miracle and were able to provide wraps to accommodate selections. Ok no prob-stuff happens. No. They didn't get enough food so people including myself didn't eat!!! Then you got a drink ticket. When you went to the bar they had warm cans of beer or wine. I opt for wine. They ran out!!! Ok for the "show". What show" they used people from audience and binders with instructions for the show. ??? No show just a circus of confusion. People left early and half our table was angry and confused. What a scam. Maybe hilts like better. I wouldn't waste your money or time. I know this was harsh but well deserved.
