This is a very small, short mountain. It is PERFECT to learn on and the kids love it because they are allowed to go off by themselves here. You will find an over abundance of ski patrol! It is always very well groomed and maintained. The mountain is short with only a few trails-so you will get bored quick if you are not a beginner. The atmosphere is ok, the staff is not the friendliest, bordering rude at times. The food is expensive and not very good-I suggest you pack a lunch!

If you're better than average, you'll get bored quickly. That just means you'll have to make your own fun!

Have skied for 40 years and it never ceases to amaze me the attitude that some not all.of the smaller hills have. Asked to rent just ski boots for my kids and I was going to fit them to the bindings. Woman said no! Was shocked. Havd done this a dozen times with no issue. So rather then rent tbe boots possible sale of 12.00 the 2 junior lift tickets 65.00 and 40 dollar adult she would rather see us walk out tbe door. Woods Valley has not been tbe same in 20 years. Go elsewhere! Tog, Lab Royal Mountain where they go out of thier way to help you. Perhaps you may want this woman working in the back office no people skills. Like a drone!!!Will never go back and will tell.others the same.

Not much to chose from in terms of terrain. Fine for beginners or intermediate but too tame for advanced skiers.
