Just a fun time. Mini golf....fun..well cared for... they have small arcade. We had the most fun on the go carts....go go go go...it was a BLAST.
My company provided a tubing event here. I wasn't sure I'd like it (I'm in my 40's and not big on cold weather), but we came for the kids. We had sooo much fun. My husband and I actually outlasted the kids. The lines look long, but they move fast. Didn't try the coffee shop, but it smelled delicious (we used the bathroom in there). Can't wait to try the ziplines this summer. Oh and it was snowing when we went. I heard from various people that slows down the tubes (seemed fast to us). So take that into consideration. Great place to bring kids and teens to get them outside.
Went here with the whole family, 7 of us and had a blast! The tubes are big and very safe. We used the tandems as our boys are 4 and 6. the combo ticket was reasonably priced. They have 2 hr sessions and the boys wanted to continue. We are planning to come back for an adult-only trip in 3 weeks, that's how much fun we had.Note: the heavier, the faster you go...so if you have light kids, you may want to tandem for full effect.
Fun in the snow for the family. Reasonably priced for a family. Hills are in great condition. Park was busy but line goes fast.
I prepaid for a group of 8 and check in went smoothly. The staff was friendly and efficient. We were all having a blast as the track was super fast and well groomed. However 40 minutes into our time the belt stopped working. This was the only available means (other then walking) of going up the hill. Our group ended up walking up twice and decided to wait a half hour at the coffee bar to see if it would be fixed. After 30 min we decided to head to the ticket office and ask for credit or a refund. The young lady at the desk was more then helpful and refunded us. We have already made plans to go back and hope the belt issues are fixed. The coffee bar offers hot chocolate, soda, water, tea as well as pizza, sandwiches, and assorted snakes including whoopie pies! Hot drinks run about $3, the coffee is Green Mountain brand, my first tasted burnt but my second was very good. The ladies in our group commented the hot chocolate lacked chocolate flavor. I will check back after my next visit.
You are given the option to reserve (strongly recommended) online. So we do so. I make sure kids weights and heights are appropriate. We arrive only to learn there is a slight wind on the hill and now the Weight requirement is 126 pounds. (90 online)Mt daughter weighs 96. We received our money back without a problem..but so much disappointment to be refused. I did receive a confirmation later that morning I had reserved. A warning of winds would have been helpful.
A very nice mini golf course, not overly challenging, but nicely done on the side of a hill, well landscaped! No, I'm not doing that really big swing! But that's fun to watch while playing mini golf.
My kids had a lot of fun but I felt like now need to rob a bank to make up the cost. I was also told that there was a snack bar for lunch which was not the case. We had to drive down the road for lunch. Things were not very organized. There was a lot of construction going on. The kids never gotnto.finish the ape adventures they never finished the bottom level but i paid for 2 of them to do all of it therw just wasn't enough time for them to.finish it
$25 for 3 zip lines seemed alittle high, but we had fun! We actually saw a deer on the way down one of the lines! The people were really nice :)
Visited this place over Presidents weekend and it was pretty fun. It sits on the side of the main road in Windham near Sebago Lake and looks like it is fun in the summer as well as winter. What is good about this place for tubing is they have 12 groomed lanes and plenty of tubes, double and single to use. Plus the conveyor lift to the top is awesome. Price wise it is reasonable and it was not too crowded because they split this up into session blocks of 3 hour times. That way it is spread out and not too crammed with people. They also have a mini lodge at the bottom and even an outside fire pit nearby if you are watching. I will be sure to visit this place in the summer since it looks like they have miniature golf and lots of zip lines and rope bridge structures. In all a fun experience!
My family comes here annually during Christmas break to snow tube. It's affordable. We never experienced long lines. We always have a great time.

We play mini golf here at least once every summer, and tonight was a first visit for 2013. They've really cleaned up the course, water features are much cleaner (still need a little work though), and they've moved the holes around a bit. They've added ramps to make it a bit more accessible, but there are still a lot stairs to navigate. The staff was friendly, very good with the several groups of young players. Lots of fun! And we haven't been brave enough to try the other attractions, but there seemed to be a lot of folks on the ropes course, the huge flying swing and the zip line.
We decided to spend an hour or two at a miniature golf park, and chose Seacoast. They have other attractions including zip lines, bumper boats, tube slide, etc - tickets are available for one, two, or more of them. Unfortunately, the building the ticket sales are done has no real lines, just crowds of people surrounding a counter with two registers - one is dedicated to the "Crazy Ape" attraction. Some of the attractions require filling out waivers, so it's a long process just to stand "in line" (really just gathered like a herd of sheep) just to get tickets for the mini golf. Adding the the discomfort of the long wait is that the accoustics in the room make it feel like an echo chamber - very loud and amplified. My teeth were on edge by the time we finally were able to get our balls and clubs. The golf course itself was pretty fun, some of the obstacles in newer condition than others but quite nice with waterfalls and bridges to golf around. We had a family right on our heels the entire time, though, so it wasn't relaxing at all. We're glad we tried it, but won't go back.
We only played miniature golf, so I can't comment on the other aspects of the park. The designs of the holes were unimpressive and plain, and there are lots of stairs to navigate from hole to hole, but it was something to do and we had fun - well, at least I did (I won).
