kincaid lake state park

I have been using the pool at the park for years. The pool was painted over the winter and looks quite nice. But the rest of the place has not be upkept in the least bit. The golf course looks like a desert and it is only May. Regardless this is quite an intersting little course to play. Every year there are less chairs at the pool, it does not apear that broken ones have ever been replaced since I have been visting. Additional consessions would be a nice addtion to the pool to date you can only get ice cream and there is pop machine. The grass is uncut and out of control weeds are everywhere they should not be. The posted pool rule of having to wear swim attire needs to be enforced. There were at least 20 people in the pool fully clothed. It maybe a culteral thing but there is no reason the rest of us should have to swim in a washing machine. Overall we will continue to use the pool but the State of KY really needs to give this park some much needed attention for it ro reach its full potential.
