Living 2 hours away it's a place we've talked about visiting for years. We decided to go to the Christmas show, Christmas in The Valley. The story is about a family celebrating Christmas without a loved one. The performers do a good job and the songs are what you would expect in a Christmas show. It just wasn't for me. My wife said she enjoyed it and the audience seemed to be having a good time. They close the show with the song Dixie. I don't know what that has to do with Christmas or what it's all about. The show is about 2 hours and a gravel lot for parking. If you arrive early there's shopping in The Village. Would I return? No, but if you enjoy country music you might want to give it a try.

We went for the Christmas show and we were not disappointed. The music is traditional Christmas. Excellent story focused on the real meaning of Christmas. The cast is available for photos and autographs at the end of the show. Standing ovation by the entire audience. One of the best Christmas shows we have seen. We were in the Smoky Mountains last month and this show is of equal caliber to all we saw in Tenn. Highly recommend

My husband and I attended the Christmas Show on December 20. The show was wonderful!! The performers were excellent musicians and singers. This is a very entertaining show and is well worth the $20 admission charge. 4

The Christmas show was excellent and the seating was were we had booked it. The shopping was not as good as it had been in the past.

Took a group to enjoy the 2014 Christmas Show. Excellent music and a very pro-Christian presentation.

Attended the Christmas Matinee show. Loved it from start to finish. It had the perfect Christmas message for me of spirituality, patriotism, faith, and family. The performers are top notch entertainers. I could go back and watch it again!

The Christmas Show in Renfro Valley was fun! 2 Hour show, lots of Christmas music with a country flair! A little comedy thrown in was cute too.

This play is great. The village at Renfro is all decorated up for Christmas. You have shops and restaurants to visit and talk with the shop owners. Just a beautiful place to spend an afternoon and evening. The play is full of Christmas music, dancing, comedy and there's a story behind all of this. What a way to start the holiday season! This is our 4th year and we really look forward to going to see the play. We have great memories each time we go.

We didn't go to the show but we walked around the area. The buildings are set up neat. Be sure to visit all of the shops next to the Entertainment Center. The Gristmill is a very neat building. Other buildings include The Candy Store, The Country Music Store, The Gift Shop, Bittersweet Cabin Village, the old barn and the new barn, a church, and others. The people are very friendly and very informative.

Went to Ricky Skaggs concert, and loved every minute of it. New barn is a great venue to see a performance. We sat in balcony and had great view. Wish some of the stores would stay open after concert. Will definitely return next year for another concert.

You have to like, if not love, country music to appreciate Renfro Valley. The ticket prices are great, it's a fun place to visit. But caters to large tour groups and if you are under the age of 60, you'll likely be the spring chicken in the audience. Theaters aren't great for seating or sightlines. But lots of value considering most tickets are less than $30 and lots are less than $20. Worth a stop if you are passing through, not sure I'd make it a destination though.

We went to the Wednesday night show and it was very good with a smaller crowd then we expected. I think Wednesdays are maybe a little slow, especially in October. The gentleman who performed said he usually has some friends with him but that night he was alone. We enjoyed the music and his jokes but in all fairness, I wish our travels would have let us be there on a week-end night. Thursday through Sunday it looks like there is much more going on. It was still fun to say we have been there. Another thing off our bucket list.

Went to see Dailey & Vincent show in new barn and the show was fantastic. They have several top name performers for their headliner shows throughout the year. This gives people in southeastern Ky a chance to see top performers without traveling to big cities. The seating was great. The staff was very polite and courteous. Sound was very good. A good place to see entertainment and recommend checking out their schedule. Plan on attending again. Also reasonably priced for tickets. There are gift shops and restaurants on site as well as a well maintained campground.

We booked a Wed. night country style music show. Sadly, it was a one man show who attempted to duplicate other musicians music. The best part of the show was the last 15 minutes when a 17 year old banjo player named Avery accompanied the so called musician. If you plan to book a show here, be sure it isn't a one man flop. The Thursday night show was 50's 60's music (with multiple musicians) and apparently was much better as we talked with folks who saw it who were much more satisfied.
