This course is usually pretty good. Always well kept, a more casual course. usually not too busy. The greens are always in good shape and the course plays well all summer

We live in Bozeman and appreciate Bridger Creek. The rates are reasonable and the course is in good condition with plenty of variety, but it is the focus on learning that I value the most. The early season group lessons are a real deal for getting back in shape. The family fun nights throughout the summer are a favorite for my daughters. I recently took a lesson from Mark and found it to be one of the best I have had. He provided the right feedback at the right pace, and even emailed a summary for me to reference in the future. Now I am just hoping for some good weather days throughout October so I can practice what I have learned.

On my first trip to Montana with my daughter last week, I had the opportunity to play a round of golf for only the 3rd time with my youngest who just took up the game at age 32. We played Bridger Creek on a beautiful day and we were treated with great courtesy by all the staff. While the course may have been built for a low budget, the conditions were very good. Both of us really enjoyed ourselves and we come from opposite ends of the golf spectrum. She has only played 5 full rounds in her life and I have been playing for over 50 years. There is plenty of challenge to the course for almost everyone and some holes with good elevation changes. I recommend this to anyone visiting the area who wants a good day of golf.

My day at Bridger Golf Course. We teed off around noon so I bought a hot dog, no condiments at all and the bun feel apart. Needed a score card, the box on 1st tee was out. I had to hammer my tee into the ground, it did get better on the other holes. For my approach to the green I couldn't find a distance marker anywhere (other than the 150 stake). This was thru out the day, not even on sprinkler heads or other permanent items in the fairway. At the tee boxes there are signs as to the distance to the green but there were not markers on the tee box to associate with the distance. So somewhere on the 30 yards of the tee box the distance might be correct but you had to guess. Most of the greens are one big dome. Water cooler was out of water. A sign implied that it should take over 4 hours for a round and it did. The course isn't tough it just appeared the locals play slow. I fixed a dozen ball marks on one hole alone and this was consistent.. It started to rain but the carts didn't have rain cover for your clubs. I guess I was suppose to know to bring my own umbrella. It appeared to me the management is trying to spend as little money as possible and really doesn't care about the quality of their course.

Went with some expereinced golfer friends and was a nice enough course to get some practice on. Course seemed well kept and offered decent lefty rental clubs. About as good as any public course can be.

Nice course, the second nice is more interesting that the first, often slow because the golfers tend to be newer at the sport.

I played this course on Friday, Aug. 30. We started at 8:30 and it was already getting quite warm. The high was headed for 90 degrees. I have never played a golf course anywhere, especially beginning in the morning, where not a single one of their water containers around the course had been serviced. Even by 12:30 p.m. when we were on our last few holes of an 18 hole day, no one had been out to fill the water containers.We had a nice round and the course was in very good condition. The greens fee was $31.00 for 18 holes of walking, which is the best value for 18 holes in the Bozeman area. I always appreciate the folks at Bridger Creek allowing citizens to ski on their course during the winter. Just bring your own water and you'll have a good day of golf.

This is one of the friendliest golf courses around. Their golf pro's are not arrogant and haughty. Lessons for beginners are extremely affordable. An amazing pro-shop staffed with folks who know what they're talking about, and no hard sell.This is just a great place to enjoy the day. For some reason, I have never eaten at the cafe/restaurant. I will make it a point to do so next time I visit.

According to the local resident this course has it's own version of the bear trap and I have to admit 14, 15 and 16 where a challenge but fun. Great value and easy to walk

I always enjoy my time at Bridger Creek. ...great people and a fun course. Had a 730 tee time and had a few deer still on the course...and some geese. A great place! I'll be back.

Have played here twice with family members and we had a great time. The course is in good condition, with some fun holes. I really love the old silo behind one of the greens. We had a bit of a speed problem but the rangers came and handled it. Staff was friendly and helpful. I haven't tried any of the other courses around yet but hope they are all this good.They do not sell alcohol so BYOB!!!

The golf course is fairly basic at the foothills of the Bridger Mountains located just north of Bozeman, MT. Good value with a bit of elevation, some water, and greens that are slow, but putt fairly.

This course is beautiful. Great condition and an even better location. There is no better driving range in Montana as far as I'm concerned. Huge range hitting toward the Bridger range only a mile down the road. The Course can be difficult and offers a wide array of challenges. This course has a friendly staff that makes a one time visitor feel like a season pass holder.This is Bozeman's best public course.

I called to see if I could get a quick round as a single and was told no problem only to find when I arrived I would have to wait for two hours. This happened to me twice in a month. Neither time did the course of the parking lot seem busy. Once no one was on the first hole!

Bridger Creek was a real highlight of our MT/WY vacation--a very fun and well-kept course just outside downtown Bozeman. Our game was especially rewarding because we took a risk to play on an afternoon that looked threatening and turned into one of those glorious days with huge clouds, beautiful light, and cool crisp air in mid-August.The front 9 are mostly flat holes playing along Bridger Creek and various ponds or smaller streams; doglegs are the predominant challenge, as are very small greens that don't seem to have a flat spot on them. A detailed yardage book was extremely helpful when playing the course for the first time--more courses should figure this one out. The back 9 rise into the rolling areas starting up the mountains and have several great elevated tee shots into great wide fairways edged with what looked to a couple of East Coasters like the grand prairie. The last few holes go back into wooded areas with water here and there, and were really great finishers. With such incredible views and weather, it probably would have been a great day of golf no matter what, but if we're ever in Bozeman again, we will certainly play Bridger Creek.
