This used to be our favorite place to go but not anymore. The 5.00 blackjack table only now pays 1.00 on winning hand. We never mind losing money which I usually do on the slots but would like a fairer chance to win on table. Also food at Terrace Café is not as good as it was. My rice and husbands vegetables were cold. The special for Fri is now a baked potato with a shrimp, crawfish etouffee, or grilled steak is 14.00. Wow!

We had the opportunity to stay and enjoy a fantastic 2 night stay at the Coushatta Casino Resort Seven Clans Hotel. It is really a world class Hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Access to the casino was very easy from the hotel lobby. We plan on going back soon and will spread the great news to family and friends.

Though there is a non-smoking area, it is small and you have to walk through the smoking area to get to it. They also don't have many of the newer machines or table games there.

Have always loved this casino the best. And I am in love with 3 card blackjack even though I don't win to much.

This casino is huge! lots of gaming machines and table games. One section is non-smoking.Tuesday's with a player's card, seniors eat in the buffet either breakfast or lunch for $5.50. The choices are many and delicious.One hotel is non-smoking.We will go back.

Wife says broad selection of slot, that's a good thing. Poker room well run, Teresa a special mention.

Grand casino coushatta - chalets - clean, user-friendly, convenient. The bed was horrible, lumpy, and uncomfortable. We complained to the desk and they said mattress was replaced a month before. Can't believe that. Everything else was fine.

Had a great time at Coushatta, The door I walked in there was a Security guard named Doug Dorsey very nice man I asked him to point me to the table games which he did and told me a little about the restaurants because I said this was my first time here really enjoyed myself I did eat at the Terrace Café had a great tasting burger I will be back.

I visit Coushatta Thru Tour Bus at least once a month.My game is slots.They have most of the latest slots and the payouts are fair.All eating choices are good.The emoloyees are always friendly.The accomodations are very good and affordable.Best Western is my favorite.Whats not to love.Go and enjoy. What a great place to go and play. The golf course is fantastic. The casino is eye-catching throughout the complex. The variety of machines are out of this world and they payfairly. The incentives are worht the time alone. if you playing, Coushatta is paying, not always big, but you will be satisfied. They are not out to clean you out. I have played many machines and they all paid as expected. Yes, like most casinos, you will lose a few bucks, but you when you win, you win. The free play and the comps are very fair. other casinos allow you to play but never pay. Here you feel like you have the fiar chance to chose when to quit, not forced to quit, especially when you are following your buidget. The restuarants are all good. The buffet is incredible. No dried out foods, or wilted vegtables. It is also very comfortable. There is plenty of self served coffee and cokes, and lots of things to do when you need a little respite. I gave this place a five-star because it deserves a "10".

The smoke smell was horrible, even in the smoke free area. Other than that it is a typical casino as far as casinos go.

My wife and I love this place. It is not compared to a casino in vegas, nevertheless it is very fun. Food is good, the service is great and very friendly. We have stayed in all accommodations, the inns and hotel, and they are all very nice. The 7clans is beautiful and very comfortable.

We have been to Coushatta more times that I can recall. My husband and I went to the casino and stayed at the Seven Clans for my birthday on 2/3. We have seen violence and altercations occur at the casino in the past. My problem with this is that the staff and security seem to just stand around and not do anything when things are happening. I've been next to people that just punch the screens out of nowhere. I'm not saying they slap or hit the machine. These people actually used their fist and punched the screen. When that happens I am no longer having fun. I don't feel safe and I sit there wondering what the hell are all of the security cameras for if no one is coming to talk to these inconsiderate and violent people that choose to lose their cool and act out when they aren't winning. I would absolutely love it if someone from the casino would look back at their security footage for 2/4/15 between 130-230AM near the center of the casino where bathrooms and tables are. In between the high limit rooms - I was walking back from the bathroom and there were at least 5 casino employees standing around in the area in a group and then a woman right next to me began yelling horrible things at another woman that was a staff member calling her names and I thought this woman was yelling at me. Regardless, your staff did nothing and let the woman continue yelling. I did not feel safe and even though there were numerous staff nearby, none of them did anything. I saw one woman get on her walkie talkie while the woman kept yelling. No one said anything to this woman as she continued to yell and make a scene. She was threatening a woman of the staff it seemed.I am absolutely disgusted by the way that this casino handles situations like that. You all just stand around with your heads up each other's butts and when a potential threat occurs, you all continue to stand around. Look at the security tapes - this is exactly what happened. At least 5 employees standing there watching while I walk past and get yelled at. Good luck with handling any other situations that create a poor environment for people that come there to have a good time.You guys seriously need to have a better system for when people become physically violent or when they yell threats across the casino. I do not feel safe. I hope that this helps influence the minds of others to stay away, especially if you're bringing your children. I can't imagine how horrible things can get when something really bad happens. I am appalled that so many of your employees stood there doing nothing as I walked past them while having a lady scream obscenities into my ear.Someone could have at least said something to her or escorted her out. I do not feel safe there and your employees and security seem pretty useless when real issues like that arise. Stop bringing your children to this casino. You're exposing them to a disgusting race of human beings that no one really has control over. Don't be surprised if your children pick up these terrible traits. No one seems to care that the environment at this casino is unsafe and there is no controlling a situation when it gets out of hand. Good luck to you all when something really bad goes down. You're going to have a casino full of staff and security and they're all just going to be standing around waiting for the time to pass. Louisiana is one of the worst states in the country for violence and your casino staff should not tolerate any of it. We will not be returning to Coushatta or any other Louisiana casino for that matter. You all may choose to tolerate that environment, but I do not.

I was recently a guest at the chalets which are like home away from home.I stayed for 2 nights and what stood out was the excellent shuttle service. The drivers were SUPER friendly, couertious and prompt. Those folks deserve a big thank you. I've been coming to Coushatta for 15 years and it is still my favorite place to have fun! Also I forgot my phone charger and was told to go to the casino host. The wonderful lady went out of her way to see that my phone got charged. Keep up the good work Coushatta!
