shreveport convention center

This was a very nice facility and accommodated many people that attended the dance competition. The bathroom that I went in was small and crowded; don't know if there were anymore close by. Girls were using bathrooms to change into dance outfits, so that made it worse. Most of the staff was nice and so was the security guards.

We had our competition at this place when we visited and it was very nice, clean and easy to get to. The bathrooms were clean and they keep the humidity down somehow very well.

This is located downtown Shreveport, with parking in the attached Hilton garage. It is pretty easy to find. All the events I have attended have been pretty nice and show off the nice spaces available. When I called one time to make arrangements for an event (even though it did not work out), the Events Manager I spoke to seemed pleasant, courteous, and helpful.

Attended a conference her for several days. The staff was pleasant and everything was well kept. Plenty of space for large events and close enough to everything.

I found the convention center to be clean, well kept, and attractive. I was only there a short time to visit the outdoor expo. There seemed to be plenty of room for the exhibitors. Over all my experience here was pleasurable.

Professional staff, Great location, easily accessible from parking garage. Meeting rooms large and comfortable.

I was there for a week long workshop and all accommodations, food, and service were great. Parking garage was well marked with easy access.

The Shreveport Convention Center is a great facility for large and small events. There are many rooms for various size events and the parking directly across the street is great. The only thing that makes this 4-stars instead of 5 is the surrounding area is a bit drab but most of the time you are focusing on the event you are attending and during the off time you can head across the bridge to Bossier City and the Boardwalk area that is nice.

It was really nice! Was like a state fair with booths giving out all kinds of goodies. The meeting rooms were really nice, Had a great view. Parking was questionable because it was down town and very busy

The convention Exhibit where we were was 100% concrete floor, no padding or rugs to help with sitting/standing for long periods of time. There was a partition cutting off half the room and it was a tight fit with everything going on, they could have easily opened it up because nothing else was going on that day. Bathrooms were always clean.

Vendors and pro fishermen were excellent! Parking was convenient and cheap. Plenty for everyone to see and do!

Husband and I were there for the 2012 Bass masters Classic. They had FREE shuttle back and forthe between the convention center and the weigh in each day. Let me tell you they had that running like clock work and tons of police presence, I was very impressed with Shreveport coming from Las Vegas we are very critical but Shreveport was clean, and very organized!

The location of the convention center is great. The Hilton attached to it is excellent. It is very clean and user friendly with fare concessions and adequate restrooms. They are prepared to handle multiple events at once.
