You can buy a day pay here for $5 or a weekly pass for $10. Or you can go month to month. It's a nice, clean place to excercise. No one cares what you look like, and the owner is very nice and is an RN, so if there is a medical emergency when you are excercising, you'll be in good hands.There are treadmills, excersie bikes, other cardio equipment and free weights here, and they have classes. It's just a nice place. If you're vacationing here, it's a good place to excercise while you've on vacation, and if you live in the area, it's a great place to exercise, as well. You can pay as you go, and it's not expensive. They even have classes if you are into that.
