would go again. Just Hope they make more attractions then just 4. I would consider trying other ones as well.

I have been going to field of screams for a while I go every year and I started going to the one in PA so I would drink 3 hours to just go that is have amazing it is not I only have to drink 1.5 hours to go get scared which is even betterField Of Screams is the place to go have a great time and get scared. I will keep going every year for my birthday You are promised to have an amazing time and get scared while having the time of your life if you go to field of screams.GO People it is well worth it!!!!!!!

I love going to scary attractions! However I get scared very easily!!! I went to the Field of Screams Maryland and was amazed!!! Everywhere I turned, people were scaring the crap out of me!! I almost peed my pants twice!! HAHA oh well....it happens sometimes lol. I love the fact that even when your in line waiting for the attractions, there are actors that are lurking and scare you when you least expect it!! I love that you can purchase items to make smores by the fire and also take pictures int he photo booths! Great attraction and cant wait to go again next year!!! Keep up the great work Field of Screams!!! I cant wait to see what you guys have in store for next year!!

This haunt is THE BEST i have ever been too! The customer service is amazing, they really took care of my family and I. The fried oreos and hot cider were my favorite at concessions. The trail was amazing! Hayride was very entertaining, and who doesn't love to shoot zombies with paintballs?! I went to the haunted house last, and LOVED IT! when they first open the doors it really feels likes you are entering your worst nightmare. Thank you for an awesome year, and I cannot wait to come back next year!!

Loved this place!! Can't wait to go back again next year to see the new and amazing haunts. My 10 yr old even enjoyed his self on his second haunted house trip ever!!! Keep up the great work you all are AWESOME! !!!

Field of screams is hands down the best "haunted" attraction in the metro area.....the actors are awesome....I was totally impressed...the photo booths were great and then it was terrific to sit by the fire with hot chocolate and s'mores....

This is one of the best haunted attractions I've ever been to and can't wait to go again!! That being said I am easily startled and very jumpy! Just make sure to arrive early cause lines get long quick

I will preface this review by saying that I am easily scared and startled. With that being said, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I went with my sister and 11 year old nephew. We took the recommendation of some other reviews that I saw here and on yelp and only did the $25 Trail of Terror, avoiding the paintball attraction, Lusion Manor, and hayride. Here's the nitty gritty:1.) Arrive early: We went on Sat. Oct 18th and arrived around 7:00 pm. We waited in line to buy tickets and enter the Trail for a max of about 30 minutes, not too bad. But when we left around 9:00/9:30, the lines looked about 2-3 hours long. No way would I wait in that long of a line.2.) I would NOT recommend buying tickets online - you still have to wait in basically the same line as people who are buying tickets there in order to exchange your online ticket for a trail ticket.3.) Wear sneakers or boots because the trail can be muddy and certain areas are pitch black. I tripped quite a few times.4.) The Trail of Terror: it's a trail through the woods with actors along the trail and a variety of mini haunted houses/buildings. Despite the fact that he watches the Walking Dead, my nephew completely freaked out after the first haunted house and we had to stop along the trail, calm him down, and remind him that it was all fake. I would definitely think twice about taking any kid under 13-15. If you interact with the actors, they will get in your way and mess with you. Very entertaining. While the trail wasn't "scary" to me like it was to my nephew, the actors popping out did startle me quite a bit and I enjoyed screaming and playing frightened. My sister was not freaked out by the actors, but she did enjoy the trail.5.) General ambiance: Yes, there are a lot of tweens and teens. Yes, large groups of teens can be annoying. But I don't think people should give the attraction a poor review because they let a bunch of teens cut in line in front of them. Other than that, I enjoyed the atmosphere. They have a DJ playing top 40 music, bonfires (bring some smores ingredients with you!!), and a snack shack with deep fried twinkies and oreos, french fries, burgers, and other carnival-type food that was decently priced. I would definitely go again!

Horrible rip-off event. I live in Olney and for the past few years thought about going to the Field of Screams. I went with a group of friends and we had a MISERABLE TIME. We arrived at the park when it opened at 6:30pm and decided to first do Paintball Apocalypse. We were in the front of the line, but had to wait OVER an HOUR while they fooled around getting the attraction ready. We finally were allowed on the cart. The attraction is only about 10 mins long and disappointing; twice we shot paint balls at wood targets and twice at a few standing human-zombies.Next we got in line for Hades Hayride. We waited 1 HOUR and 30 MINS and were not even close to the front of the line yet. There was no security and a very large group of teens took cuts in front of us. We were so discouraged and tired of waiting we left. We walked over to the Trail of Terror attraction and the line was ridiculously long so we went home. In summary, we spent $45 per ticket (and this was a highly discounted price -regular price is $84) arrived at 6:30pm, left at 9:20pm, saw only one 10min attraction, and spent HOURS in LINE with teens taking cuts getting nowhere.

I was really disappointed with our experience. My husband and I decided this would be a fun date night. Our daughter is too little for something like this and we thought what a fun night out for us. The first problem was we purchased our tickets on Living Social and part of teh deal was a fast pass type thing where you could go to the front of the line. Well the problem was that every single person there seemed to have this as well. No benefit and we paid extra for it. Don't waste your money. The lines were so long that we were only able to do two of the attractions. We were waiting in line on the 3rd but we were surrounded by rude teenagers who felt it was there right to just cut in front of people. We were over it at that point and left. I really wanted to shoot zombies but it never happened. Don't waste your money.

I had a blast at Field of Screams!!!I especially loved the Haunted Hayride and shooting the zombies!! Besides being better than other haunted attractions in the uniqueness of the attractions, Field of Screams is a place to go for an entire evening of entertainment. In between scares, we had a great time making S'mores at one of the many bonfires, or just sat, and relaxed. I can't wait to go back next year!!!

Easily the biggest disappointment out of any "haunted attraction" I have ever been to. The actors are mostly made up of elementary school children who either don't know how to scare anyone, or are too shy to even give it a try. Most of the time they just stand there in some of the poorest makeup I have ever seen, as a bunch of disappointed patrons walk by.The haunted house, zombie paintball, and hayride are not even worth a first look. The only reason, I'm giving this two stars instead of one is because of the trail walk attraction. Not that anything on it was scary, but walking through the woods at night with very little direction on where to go, is the highlight of the entire event. If you choose to pay $80.00 for this, please friend me on Facebook as I will create a haunted house of my own for next year.Pathetic!
