My family and I went when they had their lost arts festival. It was so amazing to see the way they hunted and the tools/weapons they used. They also just recently a Frozen wonderland based off the Frozen movie. Great way to pass the with small children.I keep hearing the place is haunted. Would love to hear about someone doing a ghost hunt there. Or watching TAPS doing a show there on Ghost Hunters.

Love this place at almost any Season. Lovely location on the Lake (Erie) and friendly staff. Great place for younger people to learn and experience and at maple festival time--Well, that is special. Autumn is also a great time.

This is such a quiet wonderful homestead retreat on the shores of Lake Erie that is just full of history. Don't come as often as we should and perhaps we will change that. Did a couple of volunteer craft demonstrations on special days there and also made and donated a Noah's Ark (Sabbath Day Toy) for their collection of period artifacts.
