I love this place, we camp in the Spring & Summer, and picnic an the fall and winter. It's such a great place to walk and just relax. Often go there and just have a camp fire.

Like Everything about this park. The Dog park is huge with river access. Trails everywhere, a must do is Houston Trail loop, great for photographers.

This is a unique campgrounds situated on the edge of the Fraser river. Many people like to take their motorhome out their and park for the weekend and stand on the shore to fish. There is a lovely picnic area an off leash dog park and a lovely trail that goes from Derby Reach to Fort Langley and takes about 1 hour one way. Fort Langley has many small shops and excellent cafes, coffee shops and restaurants to enjoy before heading back down the trail and back to the campgrounds.

A great little park that offers the space to have a picnic, play with the kids or dogs, walk trails or along the shore or fish from shore. There is parking close to the picnic tables and there is camping sites along the river.

A great park area for walks along the Fraser River, and incredible sunsets can be viewed from the park bench and picnic tables place near the rivers edge. Also a nice spot to watch the fishbouats and tugs working the river.

This is the best place to start a bike ride or a walk from towards Fort Langley. Have lunch or an ice cream when you get there. Stop at the side of the trail and go down to walk on the sandbars along the rivers edge. Perfect place to fish - don't forget you licence. Perfect place to camp along the river in a trailer or a tent. Being so close to the city and yet out in the beautiful fresh air.

If you want a quick and easy get away out of the hustle and bustle of the city, Derby Reach Regional Park is a fabulous getaway for yourself, a couple or even a family. Miles of trail along side the Fraser River that winds in and out of beautiful scenery. One can walk, bike run or even walk your dog. Lots of parking but in various segment areas so watch your signage carefully. We do not like the off leash dog park as we have a smaller dog and find the park caters mostly to larger dogs and their owners. Before you go though print off a map to determine which section of the trail you want to cover. Can be very mosquito ridden in July and August so take bug spray in the summer!!!!!

Check out Derby reach for a great bike ride along the river. Takes about an hour at a leisurely rate and you can end up in Fort Langley for a bite. The view is fantastic and the trails are well marked and not too difficult for kids and inexperienced cyclists. Beautiful scenery all the way.

This park features just over 7 kilometres of mostly flat, mostly forested bike trails, well groomed with crushed rock. There are short stretches of road cycling, but the road has a sectioned path on the north side for cyclists. At about the halfway point, where the trail briefly meets the road, there is a heritage area across the street with some separate enclosed trails and historical farm buildings. "Houston House" is the name of the farmhouse, but you won't find it on Google Maps or any park literature or street signs. The best feature of this place is a water fountain in the parking lot, where you can fill up your water bottles or just have a good, long drink. There are plenty of good spots along the way to have a picnic. There is a campground with a good sized picnic area nearby, but you can also find gravel beaches by the river that are never crowded. During August and September, there are several sections of the trail where blackberries grow wild. There are off-leash areas for dogs, including an off-leash area specifically for small dogs.At the east end of the park is Fort Langley, with plenty of restaurants and cafes to relax after your ride.

Lots of shaded areas if you have babies to keep out of the sun! Only con is that I wish it had a some playground equipment for kids. But nonetheless, beautiful park. Lots of grass areas to relax.

LOVE this park. The off leash dog park is large and is usually filled with friends, big and small, for your pup to play with. The trails from Golden ears bridge all the way into Fort Langley are beautiful with forest, road side and river views along the way. There are good markers with historic info along the way. There is also a Provincial campsite with sites along the river. It's very well maintained. Picnic tables and fire pits can be found along the river for Saturday picnic's. Bring the kids, bring the dogs, your sure to have a great day along the banks of the Fraser here.

Really nice trail along the river with views of tug boats going by and mountains in the background. Not too busy so its a nice place to walk a dog.

Miles of trails through the woods and by the river side. Well organized for bikes, walkers, horses and dogs. Hugely popular extensive park & justifiably so.
