This relatively young cidery makes superlative, hard apple ciders. They have several award-winning ciders, including ice-ciders, some made from apples left on the trees each year until January, when there is an orchard "shake-down", attended by visitors who reserve a place beforehand. A visit includes tastings of their five featured products and you will not want to leave without carrying as many as you can manage because none of the ciders are available in the SAQ, although they are featured in a few restaurants in Montreal.
