Au Pays des Merveilles in Ste. Adèle, Québec is an attraction which has seen better days, it needs a lot of TLC to bring it up to a standard which would rate better than average. However our grand-daughter who is 3 years old enjoyed it regardless of how faded it may have looked and how tired and old most of the attendants were. The most fun was the mini roller coaster which is just fast enough to give the little ones a thrill. Also recommended is a walk up the mountain to visit with some Disney creatures, our little one especially loved the big rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. The food is your standard snack bar fare, bring your own lunch. Everybody seems to do that there are lots of places to eat. Recommended with some reservations and it's $20.00 per person which is a rip off considering the adults don't do anything mostly watch and supervise,.

A short review will make it: My title should be enough. It has everything your kids really want for 20 dollars per person. Living in Saint-Sauveur, we took a season pass for about 40$ per person. Every member of the staff there is very kind and funny. The attractions are just perfect. You can bring your own food or eat there. Everything is made to accommodate families. It is clean, lots of high chairs and so many activities. The people that own that park must be children lovers, for real. Because I bet this is a lot of work and investment. And I really want to thank them because what they do is precious for us and our two little girls.

We wend on Sunday, June 29 at the Pays des merveilles at Sainte-Adele in Quebec. It is amazing and extremely well done. The main focus of this attraction park is for younger kids; under 10 years old. It is well design and easier to follow the park. All the staff at the park are very polite and helpful to help you with any questions. They will provide you with good tip how to start and finish the visit by following the rabbits footprint on the path. This way you do cover all the territory. Please make sure you arrived early because the park is enormous and they is a water section. Food is average; hamburg, hot dog, slush, Popsicle. popcorn etc. I strongly recommend this activity to all young families. They will enjoy the whole day. I did have a good time with my grandson Matis, 3 years old. I didn't want to leave the park.

Even if is pretty far away of Montréal, is it a place beloved by the kids.There are a big number of houses inspired from well know fairy tales. Kids can learn more when they see them.Also, there are plenty of attractions: a real plane, animals, manèges, inflatable playgrounds, pool for kids and aquatic activities.Your kids can have a full day of fun. And you will want to spend all day in there since you pay about 20$ each.

If you have young children, it's a way better place to go than LaRonde, and it will not cost you as much, they will not wait in line as much, and it is so nice! It's like a mini-disney, really, and there's a swimming pool too.

Looking for an amusement park especially for little kids this is the place. We had a great time watching our little girl have a blast on all the rides. The only downfall was that I went on the small roller coaster and as an adult I weigh to much and every time it went around one of the turns it felkt as though my back was being thrown out and guess what, the next day it was. The rides are meant for kids and will remember that next year when we go back. Lots of walking up hill as the place is spread out on a hill.

We decided to take our 3 year old daughter because we were told that the rides and attractions were perfect for children her age and this place did not disappoint. There was a great combination of quiet and thrill rides suitable for children of a young age to enjoy. The highlight of our daughter's day was the very "mini" roller coaster ride. It wasn't too scary for her but thrilling enough that she rode it twice. Aside from the rides, there is section of the park (up in the hills) that has tube slides of different heights, an inflatables area and a big play structure. The kids also get to meet certain fairy tale characters and their residences. Lastly, there is a splash park and a wading pool if you want to cool off. For the price of admission, this attraction is worth it!

Went with my wife and kids (6 and 8) and we had a really good time. I was reading other reviews on Tripafdvisor before going and I wasn't sure. But if you have kids under 10 years old, they will love it. It costs 17 $ per person, so no this is not Disney World, but you are not paying Disney world pricing. Rides are OK for kids and yes some things could ber improved (potholes in the trail and staff costumes), but again people, it cost us 77 $ for a family of 4 and I got my moneys worth. We got there at the opening and left at 4pm and did all the rides at least twice. The rides seem to be old carnival rides so they are fun enough for kids under 10 years old. You can bring a cooler for lunch and they even have a place to leave your cooler on site, if not you can go get it in your car. There is lots of shade for parents while kids are on the rides. It is true the ther staff costumes would need to be refreshed, but my kids really didn't notice that. They loved it. There is a small water parks perfect for cooling off after lunch so bring your swiming gear. All in all I went there for my kids and had fun with them.

We have been to Aux Pays des Merveilles with our 3 year old and we had lots of fun!! Great water games, a swimming pool for kids, rides and mini golf. We were there from 10 am till 3 pm and still didn't do everything. We will definitely return! For the admission price, i believe it' more worth it to buy a season pass than individual entries. I will do so next year!

We had a great time here with the kids lots to do so give yourself a full day to cover it all.it is a little hard to get up to the top of the hill but after that we had a great time.

Itls fun to be there with kids for the amusements but the food is pretty bad. We usually stay for the morning, leave to eat at St Hubert, then return from more fun with the children.

Imagine? At 3oclock, there is one man for two rides...so you have to wait...and wait...because there were less people so they took one employee out! Not a good idea! i paid for full day...watch out for that. The rest was ok.

The park is absolutly great for all ages. We had a blast. I highly recommend that you bring you kids there.

First off 18$ to get in per person between the ages of 2-99. One cashier to accept your money, hence unnecessary line-up. Nature trail which includes games for kids made of plywood. then there was the abandoned school bus the kids could go on, as well as the rusty tractor in the middle of the woods. There were also some obstacles made of plywood and old rotten wood that your kids can climb on and get splinters. The petting zoo area is decent and well kept. the employees for the most part, friendly and very child oriented. the picnic area is adequate. and the rest-rooms were clean for the most part. Definitely not worth the 18$ a head though. All in all, it was a 100$ day (gas, food etc.)For that money, i could have taken my family to the ecomuseum 2 times and still had money left over for ice cream. The rides were suitable for young kids and the site is generally clean.

I've been going there every summer for the last 3 years - We were there on July 4th, 2011 with my 2 kids (now aged 3 and 4).The idea is very nice - at the bottom, there's a bunch of carnival rides. A little rollercoaster (meant for children 10 and under), a train, a carousel, an apple spinner, flying airplanes, a bunch of inflatables and a fun area with tubes and slides. There's also a haunted house (it needs improvement). There's a teensy park (consist of 2 metal slides - ouch!) and an eating area with picnic tables all around.If you go up a little, there's a gated splash pool. There's 2 sides, one for younger children (2 and younger - water goes to ankles) with a black mat so they don't slip and the other side is also for younger children but its slighty deeper (2 and over - water goes to your calf).In the past years, they used to have a tractor train ride that you could get on every 5 minutes and it would take you up the moutain so you could walk down to see the rest of the place but this year they told us the tractor had died so we had to walk up. I was with my very pregnany SIL who made it up but it wasn't easy. I could see this being a problem for overweight people, pregnant ladies, people with heavy strollers/wagons, etc....Once we got up there, there was a schedule Alice in Wonderland show so we stayed to watch. The whole thing was done in french so my children didn't understand a thing so it was pretty boring for us. Next, there's a few farm animals, a labrynte (that actually took us about 15 minutes to get out of) and another park with slides that go almost to the bottom of the mountain (which means you;d have to walk back up :-) There's alot of different things to see on the moutain, there's alice in wonderland, snow white, Cinderella.....the big bad wolf....there's also empty little homes with displays inside like of hansel and gretel. Along the path there's also huge checker and chess games, and a bunch of other little games (mini golf for $). At a certain point in the middle, there's another park/rest area with bathrooms, water fountains and a little kiosk with popsicles, slushies, juice, etc....If you plan on going, bring a bathing suit, towel, lunch and change of clothes. Plan your day well......We started with the rides in the morning, then the pool till lunch, we ate, got dressed (my husband put all our wet towels, etc back in the car) and walked to the top and worked our way down until we left. You can easily make a full day out of this place and see everything.Bottom line, I love the idea and with such long winters in Montreal, I'm always looking to be outdoors in the summer and this is a nice place. With that said, don't expect Disney World - this place needs some major updating ASAP. All their costumes are faded and tired. (They now refer to them as pyjamas and thats exactly what they look like!), they definitely need to get a new tractor to take people up because thats going to be a problem for some people. I also didnt like that they didnt even have a golf cart or anything for emergencies....Bring a lunch and make a picnic because there's not much for sale. Your basic hamburger and fries but thats it. If you have young children, you definitely need a stroller or wagon. You can rent a wagon from the gift shop but I didnt check for how much. Have fun!
