After a stressful week I was in need of a good massage and that is just what I had from Ilia, the owner. Beforehand I had what she called an infra red sauna which is done by light rather than the traditional way - very relaxing and not as exhaustingly hot as a traditional sauna.The place is very clean with good facilities and apparently they also have all sorts of classes there including yoga.
