tenterfield visitor information centre

We decided to spend a couple of hours in Tenterfield as we were driving through this little town. We stopped in the Visitor's Centre. We were assisted immediately by the staff. She asked about what we were interested in and then produced a couple of brochures and maps. She told us what was available in the way of museums and other points of interest.I have got to say that we have a very helpful staff member and her recommendations hit the mark. Thankyou :-) We loved the heritage walk and museums.

Unfortunately, this Visitor Information Centre was not very helpful. You usually get great service from any information centre, but this has to be a first.Sorry to say, staff here seemed like they were not interested.
