We bought a flight voucher November 2013 for $370. Before we got around to book a flight, they had an accident that resulted in 2 deaths in December 2013. ( the plane crashed into the ocean ) We contacted the company earlier this year to find out what would happen to the voucher we bought. The owner/manager, Geoff initially told us that they were not operating at that time but it would open soon. So we should just wait. We contacted him again a month or so later and this time we asked for a refund since he was not in a position to provide the service. Geoff refused to refund even though he couldn't tell us when he can start flying again. He was very rude basically saying that we were horrible people for asking for a refund when he was going through a difficult time after the accident. We were very shocked by his comments. We asked for a refund politely. We were not being nasty or rude to him. We felt bad for the accident but the accident was nothing to do with us. We just wanted the refund.After a few more failed attempts at getting the money back, we contacted the Fair Trading Queensland in October 2014. What I heard from the Fair Trading officer was astonishing. Geoff said to the officer that he did not have an airplane at the moment and his business is about to go bankrupt. So he doesn't have any money to refund. The Fair Trading officer had to make him change his website so that people can't buy the voucher online but that's all they could do. Apparently, without any more people complaining about the same business, they don't have any power to make him pay. I'm not sure what's the point of having a government department for consumer rights if they can't even force a business to refund for the service they can't provide.What concerns me most is that probably Geoff is still selling the vouchers to people who aren't aware of this situation. On his website, it says there is an issue with a shopping cart, contact this number to book. This doesn't sound like a flight company with no plane, does it?I'm writing this review to prevent anyone from buying anything from this company.
Great place for shopping ! As well as shops it has a cinema and many resturants , discounted galore here !
Never got round to doing this but was well sign posted and easy to get to and didn't sound too expensive.

The Gold Coast certainly does look stunning from the air (flying straight for the scenery and upside down for the aerobatics) while the open cockpit gives you an unrestricted view. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your flight with us and the aerobatics gave you an adrenalin rush, they certainly are exciting. What an absolute bonus spotting a whale!! Please come and fly with us again next time you are visiting the Gold Coast we would love to see you again.
