A small boutique winery which was highly recommended to us by the owners of Avocado Sunset B and B. A much better experience for us than the larger more commercial wineries we had visited in the Clare Valley. I tried the $6 wine tasting which was a bargain as I tried 6 wines plus an extra one. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable and whilst we didn't buy any wine the manager insisted we have a bottle of Syrah. A lovely gesture Thankyou.

Spent about half an hour enjoying an exclusive tasting session ( we were the only visitors at the time ) which we thoroughly enjoyed ! It was very informative .Brought home a few varieties of wine and are glad we did ! We are loving the Cabernet Franc 2013 at the moment ! Think we will have to order a case online ! Make the time to call in and enjoy the company of the friendly staff , you won't be disappointed !

Lovely tastings available - attentive staff. The only working vineyard on Tamborine.Definitely worth a stop when spending a day on Tamborine Mountain for a wander.

Great wines, great staff, very knowledgeable and a lovely little tasting area. The wine tasting is a little more expensive than the other wineries around but it is worth an extra $3

We visited 3 wineries and found Witches Falls to have a great selection of wines and our favourite on the day. The staff could not be more helpful. They were extremely friendly and knowledgable. Well worth visiting.

My family tried the wine tasting for $6/person here and were very pleased with the service and quality of wine! It's just a tasting room so there isn't food served or anything, but the overall experience was lovely as the staff explained the wines to us very well and told us stories about the area.

I really like this winery, the staff is really friendly and have great knowledge of their wine. I really recommend it. Ask for Ross he was great.

Hey Wallaby_tour. Thanks for taking the time to post on Trip Advisor. No problem with you having thoughts on our wines. However not sure where you got your facts from re the rest of your comment. At no stage have we ever stated in any for either written or verbally to have a working vineyard on site. All this does is highlight the dangers of social media when people post in-factual comments that may have detrimental effects on businesses. You will find many wines in Australia are made where the winery and vineyards for those wines are separated by distance including Penfold's Grange. As for your subject line Just a Tasting Room, clearly you did not look through the windows at the massive personal investment my husband and I have made in wine processing equipment, bottling line, tanks, barrels, and all other winery equipment. Running a small business in this country is hard enough without people working against you with factually incorrect throw away lines.

We loved our wine tasting at this winery. The lady at the cellar door was very informative and there was no pressure to buy although we did because the wine was just wonderful. A very pleasant experience and would be very happy to visit again.

This place is exactly what you want from a winery. We found this place by chance. Top spot great area for children. Relaxing day. The best Queensland wine I've tasted. Encourage everyone to support this cellar door as they know there product, great customer service and how to operate a cellar door. A spectacular qld wine experience. Will be returning when my case runs out.

Did a wine tasting here on a day out with friends and family as it was recommended and we are glad we went.Lovely location, friendly staff and some great wines to boot! We ended up with the 2012 Cab Sav, 2012 Syrah and the 2004 Muscat. We were told you're welcome to take a picnic up and sit and enjoy the scenery whilst sampling their wines, which sounds like a good idea for next time.

This place by far takes the cake for the best winery on tambourine! I'm not a white wine drinker but even the whites that I did taste test were very very nice, smooth, crisp, clean, and oh my word the red wines were amazing!!!! I have fallen in love with the prophecy cab sav! Best red I've ever had! The fortified wine (port) was amazing, I usually only prefer the tawny but I purchased both because I couldn't decide I loved them both! I can't wait to come back and get more bottles.

Witches Falls Winery is a bit of a must-do in the Tamborine area. The cellar door is a short and pleasant drive from Tamborine town and worth the drive. Queensland may not be known for it's wines, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and affordability of Witches' Falls. If you are not a wine connoisseur or have never been to a cellar door before, Witches Falls may be a good place to start, as the staff talk you through how to taste the wines as well as giving the background to the wines themselves. We visited Witches Falls as part of a girls' weekend in Tamborine and all had a lovely time. There is a small cost to do the full tasting ($6 I believe) and if you are in a large group, they ask that you make a booking.

Witches Falls is the perfect stop for wine lovers. They are a small, boutique winery which is not widely distributed. We ended up trying their whole collection and purchasing about 4 bottles of wine to bring back to Canada to share with our wine-loving friends! Thanks so much!
