My pedicure was done by a lovely girl but the outcome was very disappointing. I was told to let the polish dry for 20mins, 2 hours later it was still tacky and subsequently got wrecked meaning I had to remove it all (still tacky after 4 hours) and repaint them. I still have cracked heels and thick skin on the outside of my big toes too. I think I'll just stick to massages in the future.

Booked in for day no customer service no personality only interested in selling gift vouchers customer service skills very poor and left waiting too long per treatment lunch heated up lasagne and salade fullof greens no proper areafir' eating beverages poor water no offer of tea coffee or sparkles and the cost price extravagant compared to other sites even waxing over priced and no I didn't buy the vouchers for Xmas will use Y normal service

I took two of my girlfriends here as a thank you for helping me out throughout the year as friends do. Both girls hadn't really had a day spa experience before and they both loved it! The therapists were caring, the ambience was totally relaxing - candles, music - the whole deal. The massage was amazing and you just felt like you could float out the door! It's definitely something I would do again.

Booked this as a gift to my partner for Birthday weekend but dissapointed...Given robes to change into and the put into a 2 person sauna. Wasn't given any instructions for it other than get out when the timer goes off.Taken to the hydro pool which was pretty cool (as in temperature). Had a screaming little kid up one end and 2 young guys hogging the heaters. Was not warm enough and we had to spend 30mins in a lukewarm pool with a kid splashing us and yelling.Given a massage for 1 hour afterwards which was really really nice - made up for the pool experience.Didn't think it was a 4star rating as their was no atmosphere or attention to small details. Would only get a massage next time.

A mother, daughter morning out. We got a swim, facial package. The pool was lovely and clean, although it doesn't look like the pictures in the brochure! The water was beautiful temperature. Lockers, robes and slippers were provided, the bathroom/change room was immaculate, we spent an hour in the pool before anyone came in. The facial was fantastic,lovely soothing music and dim lights. Came out feeling very refreshed. The only negative was that staff are a little pushy in getting you to purchase very expensive products, which I had planned to buy anyway. Swimwear is way overpriced, but no different to any other day spa I guess. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome, we booked during the peak season just after Christmas and were able to book for the 2nd jan. expensive but worth it for a nice treat,

This spa is gorgeous. I had a facial here in May, 2011. The spa itself is attached to a swimwear shop but I didn't go in there so I can't comment of the garments. The lighting and abient music were spot on and the botanical creams were divine. The only negative was the masseur talked too much about the products and spent a bit too long looking at my skin before the facial actually started (I probably should have advised them at the begining that I was only there for the facial, not to buy any product) so this took about 15 minutes off the 60 minute booking. The facial itself was relaxing: I think I snored on two occasions. Highly recommended.
