ambeli beach

This is a little gem of a beach. LITTLE being the operative word. That is why I give it 4 stars. If you are there solo or with your significant other then it's a 5! BUT... If other people have braved the hike down then you are ....well cozy. BUT the view from the road down is spectacular. The waters clear and refreshing. Spectacular turqoise! NOTHING here so bring water, sunscreen and a snack. Also hurry and visit before the hotel that they are building above the beach is completed.

Good for swimming and sunbathing alike. Very quiet, no crowds, just the job! A perfect place to spend the day, leaving the stress of work far behind.

tough to get to with a very small stoney beach, but beautifully isolated, not many people, little grottoes to swim into and gorgeous turquoise water.

A very small beach in the northern part of the island.Non particularly difficult to reach - provided you have a car / bike / quad.The access road is a white one but not as demanding as the one taking to the near Agios Georgis Beach. The road takes you to 50 meters from the beach so no exausting climb backs in the sun to ger the carClear water, rather protected from northern winds. Nice underwater environment.Tiny : get there early, especially in hign season

Accès long par piste raide parfois. Crique sans charme de rochers dangereux, avec une plage de sable pour 2 couples maximum.
