This is such a beautiful walk along the edge of the old village , you will pass lots of little restaurants , and gelato shops on your way, and don't go without your camera because the view is amazing.

My husband is from Vasto so we come here every year. When friends come from the US to visit, they don't want to leave the town as it is truly beautiful, known by Europeans, but few Americans. This beautiful walk is truly breathtaking and I never tire of the view after 23 years. There are a number of restaurants along the wall and if you are on a budget, stick to a pizza! During the day, the color of the Adriatic Sea is amazing. An early morning walk will offer views of the fishing boats coming in with the daily catch.

The view is amazing from Termoli (in clear days you can even see the Gargano in Apulia) to Tremiti islands. Don't miss it if you're in Vasto!!!

The Loggia Amblingh is a panoramic walk along the old Medieval wall that surrounds the historical town of Vasto the south of Abruzzo. The views of the Golfo d'oro (golden gulf) from here are breathtaking. This originally Roman town is one of Italys best kept secrets. Not only is it beautiful, but full of history, art and culture, and of course the seafood here is to die for. This panoramic walkway is best experienced in spring, when all the laburnum trees are flowering, and the swallows and swifts diving in front of you. If you are lucky, you will also see the Abruzzo Golden Eagles hovering over the green farmlands below. There are a few restaurants here too if you want to spend a little more time relaxing and enjoying the fantastic seafood. This is a beautiful secret corner of Italy (shhh...!)

Even on a cool February day the "loggia" is a GREAT way to see Vasto. The views are unbeatable. People-watching is fun (although it wasn't very crowded due to the season and the chill). The #1 must-do thing when visiting Vasto.

Situata nel borgo della città vecchia è un piacere arrivarci attraversando tutto il centro. .bella la vista specialmente con il cielo limpido. .inoltre ci sono molti locali vicino consigliato anche di sera

Vado spesso a passeggiare con amici e moglie su questa balconata meravigliosa dove si può apprezzare una vista del golfo di vasto meravigliosa niente da invidiare ad altri paesaggi più famosi

In giro in moto per il Molise. Vasto meta irrinunciabile, soprattutto per questa loggia, che fa goderedella vista della citta'vecchia, del mare ed in lontananza delle isole Tremiti.

Magnifica la vista che si gode dalla panoramica di Vasto....hai davanti a te Vasto Marina fino a Termoli con le suggestive isole Tremiti. Che spettacolo......non riesci con le parole a descrivere ciò che appare davanti ai tuoi occhi, devi assolutamente andarci e ti renderai conto!

Una passeggiata sulla Loggia Amblingh riassume tutto il bello di Vasto. Scorci storici, mare e panorama. Tanti ristoranti con ampia scelta, da pizzerie a ottimi ristoranti di pesce. Tutto in pieno centro storico. Si respira un'atmosfera di vacanza anche fuori stagione. Senz'altro un "must" per chi visita Vasto.

Per chi visita Vasto è la location da non perdere assolutamente. Il posto più panoramico e rappresentativo della città. Portate la macchinetta fotografica!!!

Bellissima la citta' di Vasto, una delle mie citta' del cuore....percorrere poi questa meravigliosa Loggia e' stupendo, ti regala attimi di pace assoluta.

E' un angolo di Paradiso copiato e regalatoci dal Signore, spero ma dubito fortemente che gli amministratori locali possano conservarlo così come è stato donato ai fortunati vastesi.

Devo ringraziare i contributori di Tripadvisor che con le loro recensioni mi hanno incuriosito e devo dire che ne è valsa davvero la pena. La vista dalla Loggia è fantastica, complice anche una meravigliosa giornata di sole, imperdibile per chi visita Vasto.
