Zermatt was an awesome ski vacation. David court was helpful in planning our trip but provided little assistance once in Zermatt. After he showed us where to get our rentals from and gave us our ski passes we had limited interaction. The hotel he set us up with was an excellent choice. He recommended a really great ski guide that I used for 1/2 a day of off piste snowboarding. Overall, If you are looking for someone to help you out in planning, I would recommend David's services.

We booked Dave for a few hours and spent 2 days with him . My wife and I and our 2 teens were with him and he was great connecting with everyone and sharing who he is and who we are seemed to matter and truthfully it did . He had great dinner suggestions, let alone we followed him around the mountain with great lunch spots when we really needed to take a break . We had a great time each day we were with him . My gang thinks he is the best . Thanks Dave for a great trip hopefully we will meet up again.

David was our guide in Zermatt. He did a great job putting the trip together from start to finish. He lined out a great place to stay, sent us the travel itinerary, arranged for the transportation, met us at the train station, directed us toward ski rental options, oriented us to the mountain and skied with us a couple of days. He was very knowledgeable of the city and the mountain and made excellent recommendations on where to eat. Overall a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone!

David's local knowledge on the slopes and in the village of Zermatt were both instrumental to our over the top vacation experience. He made us feel like locals with insider knowledge of where to go, what to do and how to do it. Can't wait to return next year!

Our first trip to Zermatt. We are independent travellers but knew we needed help finding our way in Zermatt. We appreciated Alpine Exposure assistance as we made our plans.The biggest help is on mountain guiding. This is one massive ski area for the first time visitor and especially puzzling for those of us from North America. David Court guided us on our day one and then the following as we went to the Italian side. He quickly assesses the skiers ability and tours accordingly. He moves along and does not waste time on the mountain. He is firm in making sure his skiers are in the right situation and is always careful. He was always the one in the lead so he could see us, yes, his eyes are on the back of his head.We highly recommend having a guide for your first days at Zermatt. You will then be comfortable and will make the most of your time. It is a fabulous place to be and you need to know how to best enjoy.Besides, David is enjoyable company and a delight to ski behind! Our thanks and appreciation to David and Alpine Exposure. We had a fabulous week.

After finding Alpine Exposure, we took two wonderful trips planned for us by David. David provides top to bottom service. We could not say more about his attention to detail. Two great apartments (Chamonix and Zermatt), my son's dream of heli-skiing has been realized, and the memories will be carried with us for a life time.

I travelled to Italy and Switzerland this past December with three families. If you are considering taking a ski vacation to Zermatt, this is the best and only way to go! David managed to successfully coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for our group of 13 with the greatest of ease. I cannot imagine trying to plan this sort of trip on my own. Everything was taken care of for us including train tickets, local lodging accommodations, equipment rental, restaurant reservations, and countless other tips for navigating a foreign country. David is very familiar with the town, the locals and the mountain. He is very passionate about the mountains and his job, and it shows in every detail. He was able to observe our varied skiing abilities and provide each of us with incredible and challenging courses that changed every day. We had seven children with us that ranged in age from 7 years old to 12 years old. I was a little nervous about skiing with my kids in Switzerland and Italy, since I did not know the terrain or conditions. David stepped in and was fantastic with all of the kids - whether they needed a little extra push or a salami sandwich - and was an invaluable resource for the whole group. I was amazed at how comfortable he was around all of us and just became part of the group. We even got to meet his lovely wife and adorable daughter one night when they came to babysit for us. I hope that I get to visit this amazing destination again someday. The pictures are beautiful, but you just have to see and experience it for yourself. It will truly take your breath away. It was the best family vacation of my life - and I can say, without question - David made it extra special.

It was such a treat to find David at Alpine Exposure. I booked a solo trip to Zermatt in March 2014 for a long snowboard weekend and found David's company online at the last minute to be my guide on this super intimidating mountain. But I quickly learned the value you receive was more than just on the slopes. David answered all of my questions, introduced me to his friends/colleagues in Zermatt (he knows everyone!) and really just looked after me during my trip. I came across David Court/Alpine Exposure online when planning our Zermatt ski vacation and am eternally grateful to David for arranging an absolutely fun and fabulous week of skiing for us and our two teenage sons. He tended to every detail with great success - our accommodations, restaurants, lift passes, activities, etc. David really spent time asking about the type of vacation we were hoping for and he nailed it perfectly. We ended up skiing with him a few times and had dinner together as well. David is super enjoyable, friendly and willing to help in any way. And his pricing was very reasonable for the amazing service he provided.

I was planning a trip to ski in Zermatt with my girlfriend Fall of 2012, when I came across Alpine Exposure's website. I had already booked a hotel through booking.com, but sent David an email asking for knowledge on the ski conditions. He asked when I was planning on visiting and what I wanted to do while I was there. Without even asking, he sent me a quote on what it would cost for accommodations in a private apartment, train tickets, and ski rentals. The cost of all three came out to be less than I had previously booked a hotel for! Now it wasn't cheap, but I was on a budget as I was traveling other places in Europe during my trip as well. I cancelled my hotel reservations and went forward with David's recommendations and it turned out to be the most amazing trip I have ever been on! Anywhere. Period. Accommodations were top notch and with David's travel advice getting to and from Zermatt was a breeze! Zermatt is a special place and I hope to return one day... I wouldn't book through anyone else but Alpine Exposure! Thank you so much for a memorable experience.

Dave and his team went above and beyond in every possible way to make our Zermatt experience unforgettable. It was the trip of a lifetime and we plan on doing it again soon. It's been over a year since our trip (March, 2013) and we still can't stop talking about it. I would absolutely suggest taking advantage of Dave's guide services. Although my husband was skeptical at first, I insisted on using David's services when the three of us, including our 9 year old son, went to ski in Zermatt. This turned out to be a great decision. David is knowledgeable about the slopes and the town, understanding of everyone's skiing abilities and preferences when it comes to a winter/ skiing vacation, and fun to hang out with (tremendously important when you have to spend several hours a day with a stranger!). I highly recommend Alpine Exposures to anyone skiing in Zermatt or Italy, no matter what level a skier you are.
