mamaia beach

In the summer time its a place to be.. specially known for its night life..houses many restuarants bars and pubs

The best place I have found to be in August! Warm water, restaurants, hotels, shopping an beautiful Romanian people!

I love Mamaia Beach! For several years the beach is clean, water with less algae and entertainment areas are well delimited from the family ones.

This is probably the besy beach from the romanian sea shore. the sand is very soft and the entrace to the sea is it not abrupt. there are many terraces near the sea with sea beds.

Nice party in the north side of the beach. Very relaxing, nice beach bars. Not so many parking spaces.

For those who are visiting Constanta , with his sommer resort Mamaia , in the winter the beach is still beautiful....see pictures... In the summer the beach maybe is too crowded at the beggining of Mamaia ( south ) , but in more than 8 km you can find your place , and yes , sometimes the water is full off algae . Try the zone of the beach at the end of Mamaia ( north )!

It's nice to have fun there, but the beach it's not so clean as it supposed to be. Also the shops/restaurant are expensive.

i was in mamaia in june the weather was v sunny 28c the beach was really good and clean.sea front had resturants and shops.still developing but a nice day visit.my rumanian friend at home in uk said the prices are increasing and will soon be the same as the uk.but a nice place.

it is an expensive beach, very crowded, the water and the beach are not very clean. there are days when the water is full off algae.

Music dosen't stop here,beautiful beach,nice girl's,good food,a bit expenseve but not to high,five star resort and just for the summer time,the beach has a length of 250 metersGood luck!

The beach - nothing special, too crowded with the beach beds, almost no space for moving between, I had an impression that they try to get as much money out of it as possible. In the part with the luxury bars it's better, but generally, you can find a better place to go if you want to enjoy the seaside. It is quite popular place among the local people, mostly known for good parties. Generally I would not recommend anybody to go there in case that they want to enjoy the sea, but if yo wanna place where you can get drunk and enjoy the pool party, it's a good place.

Mamiai is much more than just a beach, however the beach part is fabulous, the hotels insure the property is kept pristine, there is bar service right to where you’re sitting, with food also available, but most of all it is much more like an amusement park, right up and down the entire beach, there is a lovely boardwalk filled with shops and restaurants, if you’re visiting Constanta in summer, you absolutely need to visit Mamiai Beach.

Nothing to do and quite scary at nigths. Visited 19-20 sept. were sopoused to stay till 23, but leave becouse there was nothing to do.Dont recomend visiting out season

I saw the beach when it was not at its best. Undressed after the season with all the the hotels and amusements closed. The beach was deserted accept for dogs and runners but the view was still powerfull

Beautiful beach with lovely waves. The beach has lots to offer from lovely waves, nice sand and bars with great cocktails. Whether you go with the family or friends there is a perfect spot for everyone ! If you want to have a good view of the beach, a cable car trip is a must !
