I always bring my nephew here and he loves it. the staff are great with kids and know exactly how to get the best out of them. They leave you very confident in their skills. I would thoroughly recommend going here with your family for a great, fun day!

We as a family really enjoy peter pan's and have been going since my son was a baby he's now 5,yes it's packed on Saturday's and school holidays but I make the most out of parent and toddlers sessions mid week and they really are good and normally quite quiet,by far jade is amazing she's so good at her job and always smiling a real gem!

Thanks for the review Simon.I am sorry to read of your disappointment in relation to the tables not being cleared in a timely fashion. It is something that is being raised with the staff, in line with ongoing training. We hope to do better going forward.I'm glad the children had a ball and that the play supervisors were keeping a good eye out for them.Hopefully you will see a difference during your next visit.

Thank you for visiting Peter Pan's Neverland. I am sorry to read of your dissatisfaction.You happened to visit on one of our busiest days of the year and this can be challenging. Although there were 14 staff on the premises at the peak times, we were slightly short-staffed due to sickness and student availability (our university students do not get a half term break).We needed to operate a queuing system for a 4 hour period on the day of your visit, and were only letting customers in when a table became available. This was cleaned down as they were being seated. Any uncleared tables were seen to as soon as possible. Unfortunately customers occasionally leave their allocated table number at the food counter or on the floor and we have difficulty locating them. As part of everyday play children scream, shout and role-play. Our play supervisors are aware of this and supervise the equipment accordingly.Our toilets are checked regularly and any issues rectified.If you prefer a quieter time, perhaps a visit on a school day afternoon would be more suitable.

The play areas are spacious and there seems to be plenty to keep children entertained. There is plenty of seating for adults and 3 rooms for parties. Toilets are usually clean and bright. During a busy time it can seem crowded, hectic and noisy - but I imagine most play areas would be like this at busy times! Going earlier in the day it can even be quite relaxing. The staff do seem to be attentive to the children and are friendly to customers. The food is very good at a very reasonable price, with a varied selection of meals on offer, and healthy-ish snack boxes available for children as well as the usual of chips and nuggets etc. It can take quite a while for food to arrive though, so order before you/kids get too hungry! The kids love it and you can spend at least a few hours there.

HiIn answer to you question about the smell during your visit, I would like to point out that it was noting to do with our property. There was a broken public sewer in Portmore Sreet. Unfortunately NI Water took almost 4 weeks to repair the sewer, as they couldn't find the damage. This was due to the fact that the sewer pipe was not recorded on there maps.I'm sorry that you had to endure this, but it was completely outside of our control.I do hope that, other than that, the children had an enjoyable time.RegardsRobert McKinneyCentre Manager

A great indoor play area with a large frame with multilane slide for the older kids and a very good sized play frame for the 2 -4 year olds which includes a baby ball pen. Trampoline and also indoor sports area. Several party areas. We had our wee boys 2nd birthday party and it was great with decent food and value for money with no mess at home. The cafe is excellent serving decent meals and great traybakes. Staff friendly. Only issue would be that it seems to take a while for tables to be cleared and it would be great idea to reserve tables for those attending parties together. Great place tho. Best in area and sends them home tired!!

Great place to take the kids and let them burn off energy. can be hired for birthday parties etc and is reasonably priced.

i went as a planned trip with group of children one morning. It was very quiet and children had full use of play area which was supervised. The place appears to be well maintained and clean.The children had a great time. I would recommend the coffee and traybakes! However I would say that it could be very noisy when its busy!

This place is excellent for kids and a good meeting place for parents, however like any childrens play area as it can become very noisy, there are always assistants keeping a close aye on the children and are all very friendly and have a good attitude towards children.

I just had my 3 rd Sunday school party here. I hire out privately so we can photograph and play in the frame with the kids. Food great and came out reasonably on time. Children had a good play while the mums and dads had a coffee ( of course I was in playing with my little darlings). I would highly reccommend for youth groups as it is stress free for organizer. First aides there, supervision there, once all paid up you can stop stressing and actually enjoy it and the children.Staff lovely past two years. First year were not so motivated.All in all a great night..... Even got a few extra minutes :)

Short and SweetStaff were unfriendly, don't do enough for the parents meet mind looking after the safety and welfare of childrenTo keep it short and sweet the smell of the place will tell you all as soon as you set foot.What the customer see's the customer feels, or in this case smells and tries to keep down!!

I have been here a few times with my kids and I would reccommend it for any parents wanting to take their kid to a good play centre!
