Terrific tourist office --- nothing was too much trouble for the young woman we spoke to and anything she wasn't sure of she immediately checked on line. She was so helpful in 'planning' a possible future canal tour that we felt like asking her to join us!This was a great welcome to the town.

Went to see what events (if any) were on when I had visitors over. The staff were very helpful, printing information off and even phoning places for further information. Won't hesitate to come here again for more ideas. Very grateful to all that helped us that day.

very friendly staff but information provided on florencecourt was incorrect --the house was not open on Saturday 1 November

I had to go here to find out some things ,and the staff were very good and more than helpful, and they take the time to talk to people, which is very important

Staff went out of their way to help. A wide variety of leaflets. Good displays.Next to the bus station ,so ideal for those of us who used public transport on holiday.

The ladies at this information center went above and beyond for me, as I had some unfortunate last minute travel changes. They found me accommodations in Enniskillen at a perfect B & B, and even booked me for my unexpected stay in Dublin. I can not give them enough high praise.

They were very helpful and information was first rate was going to go back but didn't sorry I didn't they also had great gift shop.

This place should win a prize for its welcoming staff who can give all the information you need on any subject in the tourist world. Nothing is too much trouble to them. Plenty of seating to sit and browse the excellent brochures.

A very poor range of gifts on offer for the Enniskillen area, just general Irish themed items. They well selling VHS videos so that goes to show how much they need to update their stock!

A lot of local as well as further out booklets and fliers. Useful and accesible. Not much ti dislike really.

We have used the Tourist Information Center mostly for visitors to our home and the service has always been exceptional. There are literally hundreds of pamphlets of every possible local attraction (both for Fermanagh and Northern Ireland.) The local papers have announced that the Tourist Information Center is also set to have free wifi installed in the coming months, so it will be even easier to get the information that you require when on holiday!

my sister was here from Canada and she said staff were so helpful and have even said they will mail her any updated leaflets they get.

I was visiting in County Fermanagh in July, 2013, and went to the Tourist Info centre; it was well worth the time invested. The staff were very helpful, there were nice things for sale, and it is well worth 1/4 hr. of anyone's time.

The ladies we dealt with in this information centre were so nice, really helpful and very patient. Information given by them ensured we had a lovely stay in enniskillen.
