I love this wee play area -our new fave. The service here is always friendly and welcoming, and the food is great, freshly made and good value. Yes it's a wee bit tired and can get messy at times, but it's busy and I think staff do their best to keep on top of things. It's great for toddlers as it's not too big and you can see what they're up to as they can't go too far away from you. Great value and will go regularly. Tip:be aware that it closes at 3pm during week as has after school club attached. If you want a quieter play , go after lunch for a couple of hours.
Visited with 4 kids, had lunch deal.Food ok, but overall place is really needing a good clean, cutlery, tables, chairs, floor etc dirty, put us off our food. No one seemed to be clearing/cleaning empty tables, overall spend over £20 then had to clear a table just to sit down, another £32 on food to sit in a grotty booth, radiator in the booth disgusting with old food, really put us off.Disappointed, could be a cracking wee soft play with a bit of cleaning.
Good day for kids in the winter weather good to play then nice bit of lunch.good priced.staff always nice to.
I take my grandchildren here on a regular basis the place itself is always buzzing with happy kids always clean worth the money always able to get a lovely cake and a cuppa kids meals are good value the staff are always friendly and very helpful I would recommend this to family and friends
Visit regularly and it's ok. Soft play could do with a good scrub and clean as some of it is pretty grotty. Visited today during the school holidays. Very busy, although served very quick for lunch order took over 20 minutes to arrive, by which time my young daughter was fed up waiting and refused her lunch. Food is average but good value, nothing spectacular.
This is a great soft play, our new favourite. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful, the food and entry charge are good value for money and the facilities are clean. Most importantly the soft play equipment is clean and well maintained for safety. Both of my daughters (ages 4 and 9 months) love going to Kidz World. The baby/toddler area is great for crawlers and new walkers as it has lots of space to move around to practice those new skills. Highly recommend and we'll be regular visitors there now that we've found it.
I have taken my Grandkids here a few imes and they adore it,wish I was 40years younger then I could join in the fun
Hi just had my 5 year olds party at kidzworld. Very organised kept me up today with what was happening when on the day. Great soft play with things to suit kids of all ages. Kids all had great time enjoyed there sandwich lunch and unlimited juice. Nothing was two much for staff even though there was two parties going on. Would have another party here, try and get the good deal when it is on group on . me and my son will be back again to play and have lunch.
This is perfect for children from babies to 8 year olds. Nice cafe with hot food. Can get busy during school holidays, would avoid these times if you have young children.
When I arrived I knew exactly what was happening and whenService... ExcellentStaff..... AmazingValue for moneyParty host kept the kids entertained I even got to sit down for five mins, try doing that in a party at the house ☺️Nothing is a problem...To all of the staff and management team, especially Lisa ;)Thank you for making Louis's day special I'll definitely be returning ....
My young grandson is autistic and the staff are wonderful with him. They are extremely understanding and kind. He would go every day if he could. I can't reccommended it more highly.
I take my kids there regularly .staff are really helpful and friendly. My kids enjoy the frame and the food is good.a nice clean place with friendly staff where I can let my children play safely .i would recommend this place to anyone .
First time there with the three year old granddaughter. Made very welcome. Food good and staff very friendly. Quite enough there to occupy the little un. Sad that some parents dont know what the word supervision means. Even in soft play there can be dangers. Will def go there again.
I frequent many of the soft plays in the area, as I have a 6 year old and a now 4 year old and I have to say this is one of the ones I like the most. It isnt so big as Monster Mania where the kids can disappear for hours on end and to be honest, I think this one suits the younger customer (although my son still has fun here). I prefer it to Cadwinkles as you can wait for ages for food there and I find that place really dirty.I had a party for my daughter here yesterday - the staff were great and we a nice little area laid out for us. The food came in lunch boxes, which I think is much better as the kids tend to eat this, rather than wasting loads of plates of food. They had a cheese sarnie, packet of crisps, a chocolate, a yoghurt and unlimited cordial juice. They are young kids - what else do people expect? They normally are not that interested in the food anyway! The staff were great - totally unflappable - brought the cake in and cut it and put the rest in the party bags for me. So we had a party for ten kiddies, including lunch, entry fee and party bags and that was £75 - I cant see how this is expensive??? Also the fact is I didnt have to clean up afterwards which is always a bonus.
I have monthly memberships for my children as we visit Kidzworld very regularly. It is very conveniently located for us and my children love going. I read some of the previous reviews complaining about cleanliness and I can't say that I agree. The staff work hard to keep the tables cleared and cleaned. The softplay area is regularly cleaned and it isn't possible to keep it spotless as it's obviously used daily by loads of children. Parents of young children will surely agree that our own homes start the day off spotless but can look a little different by the end of day! So it's only fair to give a bit of understanding and if we were to see the staff getting in the way of the children playing by cleaning the frame when it was in use then there would be different complaints from people about that. It's a children's play centre. It's not going to be spotless 100% of the time! The food is nice and usually always served fresh and hot. There's a reasonable variety available and I think the meals are fairly priced with the likes of juice, cake and crisps being a bit on the higher side. To be fair, you'd be hard pushed to find a similar place that didn't charge the same kind of prices though. With a membership you get 10% off the food and drink so that makes a difference. The toilets are an area that could do with a bit of redecorating. They are regularly cleaned but could do with a new paint job and a soap dispenser placed lower next to the low kid sized sink would be handy as the adult ones are a little high. We had a birthday party there before and the staff were excellent. My little boy had a fantastic time so I'd definitely recommend them for that too. The party room with the Mickey Mouse mural is lovely and there's also a retro style disco party room. Lisa is an excellent worker and the children all love her. She keeps the place running smoothly.
