It was a very good morning, myself and my girlfriend enjoyed the experience. The instructor was very helpful with a welcoming personality, we were offered tea and cakes as stated in the voucher afterwards. Maybe more shotgun shells/ clay pigeons could be supplied but for the deal we got we were happy with our experience.. we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.. 5 stars! Thank you - we will be back!

Got it as a Groupon deal as part of my wife's birthday. When we arrived a bit early it was not a problem. Matthew our instructor was ready for us. He took us through the safety and handling of the shotgun. We then went out onto one of the ranges and got started. We had a BLAST. Great guidance from Matthew meant we shattered quite a few of the clays, the rest got a serious fright. Point to note. When you are going to the centre, arrive via the Falkirk / Slamannan road turning off at Jawcraig onto a minor farm road, watch the potholes, you could lose a car in some of them.

Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Great layouts. All shotgun clay shooting disciplines catered for.Very reasonable prices per round and for cartridges.Highly reccomended.

I was here after receiving an experience voucher as a gift. On the plus side the instructor was very good and friendly but the experience was around an hour late in starting and when it did start it lasted well under an hour. It was also supposed to include tea and cake but we never saw that. The shooting was fun but on the whole the place seemed very unorganised.

The other reviews are right, it is quick but I don't see how it could be made any longer. We had never held a gun never mind shot one! Ricardo was great, very patient and positive, we loved it. My husband was very accurate and I hit quite a few too, thanks to Ricardo's expert tuition. It's something different to try and well worth it!

Bought 2 internet vouchers, 1 for my wife and 1 for me as she had always wanted to go shooting, £29 per voucher. The staff were friendly but my wife had never fired a gun before and she had very little tuition from the "instructor" he basically just allowed her to shoot randomly at the clays and before I knew it the visit was over in about 35-40 minutes, i'm still not convinced that we had 60 clays between us like the voucher stated as its the last thing on your mind to count each clay.My wife did however enjoy it.

My husband and I used our interner Vouchers for 40 clays each and were not disappointed with our experience. We began with 3 guys, all new shooters but were very pleased when we were moved to another instructor and just the two of us - as two 50+ year olds, it was embarassing trying to learn new skills with much younger guys! Our instructor deserves a medal for his patience and for making our trip so enjoyable.Don't be tempted to take the minor (white) road to the Centre, we did on the return journey and it was horrendous, major deep potholes, shorter mileage wise but not worth the agro!

Went with friends after buying an Internet deal. Some people had been clay pigeon shooting before and some hadn't but the instructor was most welcoming and put the novices at ease. We were given a safety talk at the beginning and then given all the necessary equipment and a few hints before being taken out to the range. I was hitting nothing at the start, but the tips and patience of the instructor ensured that by the end of the session I had hit several clays and had achieved something. We were given the chance to try shooting from different positions and at clays of different speeds and travelling in different directions. The location is remote, but it is worth making the journey. Everyone in the group said they would return and we are hoping to go back soon. I would recommend it to other people.

was here Jan 8 2013 to experiance "clay pigeon " shooting arrived at 13.00 and was out by 13.40 after travelling 40 miles. I had been given a voucher as a gift from my wife cost £40.00 , she was advised was worth £90.00.I had some very good tips from the guy who instructed me but, not so many shots at clays ...should have been 40 or 50 but the guy did not understand how the voucher worked ,took me to firing range and fired at a few "pigeons" and then bye bye , another 40 miles home. All in all a very BAD experience .I would not reccomend it to anyone
