I have been using this centre for a lot of years and can only say that all of the staff are nothing but friendly, polite and always professional. Nothing is too much trouble and the gym staff are always on hand to give advice and help with my training. For anyone that doesn t know, the centre has over the past five years seen a substantial reduction in number of staff, and those that are left are still expected to provide the same first class service under difficult circumstances. They continue to to the best they can and sometimes go above and beyond what is expected. I like this centre because i am always made to feel welcome and the receptionists are always friendly. Keep up the good work.

We are at present having some problems with our phone system where we are unable to hear what the caller is saying, we have contacted our phone supplier who are carrying out investigations, all our staff have recently attended a revision course on customer care and we do aim to be courteous and helpful at all times.

Great for indoor bowling, shame ladies toilets a long way away from rink and closed at 4 pm but understand why this is necessary.

Good and recently resurfaced indoor five aside and badminton courts.Fitness suite and squash courts are available but I'm getting a bit long in the tooth for them.Changing rooms are adequate but the showers need more regular maintenance and cleaning.

We use the pavilion a lot for badminton and its a really good, clean facility. Staff are very good on reception and are always helpful.Changing rooms are clean and tidy with good showers.

Enjoy bowling at the Pavilion, which is very well used.Nice cafe serving good food.More lockers in the bowling room would be appreciated.

i take my son there for a bus badminton court very cost effective and offered rackets too what a great day out afterwards i took him to the cafe which was brilliant

Brilliant facility for everyone, all ages are catered for. Hope the Conservatives leave it alone and don't take this facility away.
