I had wanted to fly in a biplane for years because I love flying. Well this is an excellent way to experience actual flying and seeing the surroundings of where you live. This vintage biplane (two-seater) has been fully restored and is available for rent for about 75-100 dollars an hour. You are taken around Lake Alatoona and the pilot will try to fit your experience your way. One of those "Bucket List" adventures!

These folks offer scenic biplane flights for one or two passengers with several choices of flight length, scenic flights, and times, i.e., sunset flights. I went up with pilot Lee Kluger in a restored 1941 Navy biplane for an aerobatic flight. Lee is the soul of professionalism and flying skill, but is also very considerate and fun. The flight was the most exciting thing I have ever done, and I am eager to go back again. If you are anywhere near the outskirts of Atlanta, put this on your agenda. You will never regret it and the option to have a video and/or still pictures of your flight will give you a record of your adventure. Try it! It is worth every penny.
