Nostalgic trains to see and everyone is dressed like the old days. Friendly folks all around. Horse carriage rides are available too. We didn't try it because it was too chilly for us but we did take pictures with them
Great customer service!!!! Was not aware of the AARP discount. Saved 15%!!!! Great place to get souvenirs!! Will return in the future.
It was interesting to take a step back in time, and see how it used to be. They have a good gift shop and a good show.
The train depot in Williams is quaint and welcoming. It had friendly and helpful employees with a great selection of souvenirs.
The gift shop was great. Lots of choices. There was a show before we left for the canyon that was fun.
A very wide variety of items to choose from. The prices are high as most such places are; however, the prices here are a little lower than some comparable storesA lot of Grand Canyon items, a lot of Arizona items and other gifts. It's a fun place to browse. I was looking for souvenirs as well as gifts for the family. I found something for everyone.
We happened to be in Williams at Christmas and walked through the depot. It is very nice and was beautiful with all the Christmas lights. Great spot to visit.
Nice variety of gifts. Employees very knowledgeable and helpful. This is where you pick up ALL tickets (food, train, bus) so you will spend some time getting to know this place.
Stop by even if you are not taking the train it's great to see and experience the magic of this lovely service
There was a wide variety of gifts available in all price ranges. This is a nice place to spend time while waiting to board the train to the Grand Canyon.
Great gift shop and history about the area. Be sure to stop in and see the Depot when in Williams, AZ and take the train ride if you have the time.
We had our tickets waiting for us and the attendant spent extra time giving us suggestions on how to fully enjoy our trip and adventure.
very interesting to see this bldg. and how it has survived over all these years . there is much history from the town around this depot...
This is the information center for visitors in Williams. It represents the history of the area and aids in understanding the people who have settled there. Since Williams was and is a railroad town, this building is the perfect place to illustrate that. A nice stop. Clean restrooms.
This depot is very cute and has a nice gift shop. The one thing you need to know though, is there is no water sold there. Only water bottles that you can refill at the Grand Canyon. Good for recycling, but I was planning on buying water. Got my water bottle though!
