After reading the reviews for Galesburg, and seeing the quaint web-site for the town, I decided that on my journey I would make a special trip to have a wander around the Antique Store and find one of the neat little restaurants in the town. I arrived about 3:30pm, parked in front of the store, tried to open the door - locked....all doors locked. There were some lights on in the building, but the place was closed. I thought perhaps I had gotten my times wrong, after all it was Sunday; check the hours on the door "Sunday: Open until 5pm". I realize that this is not the most 'happening' town in the State, however, if there are posted hours, be open....There is a smaller antique store next door that took me about 7 minutes to wander. Oh, and the Dollar Store was also open. All in all, this was an incredibly depressing town with many bordered up stores and has seen better days. Don't think as I did: Quaint little town for a nice Sunday wander. Go somewhere else!

My Aunt and I look forward to spending time here. The building has wonderful displays of antiques. The prices are reasonable here. There is always something unique. Whatever your taste of antiques, The place has fine art, fun items, knick-knacks and furniture. There is an elevator to transport you up to the other floors in the building or take the beautiful large stair case. The building is wonderful to stroll through. Look out the upper floor windows and enjoy the view on the busy streets of Galesburg. The staff is very helpful. They are glad to assist you with opening any of the glass cases. Make sure you plan plenty of time to check out everything. Worth the trip.

On a recent trip we took a detour and visited the Galesburg Antique's Mall. To start out the building is awesome. It is located in downtown Galesburg and it has lots of character. Big rooms with lots of selections. Unlike many Antique Malls we have visited, this one had lots of room to move around and look at the many selections. They have three floors of antiques and collectibles. Great place to spend a couple hours of your day if you are ever in the area. Prices are great as well.

One on the better antique store for finding Candlewick crystal. The building is unique and is a pleasure just rooming around.

Loved the old building and that there were three floors to explore. The old Odd Fellows building has quite a bit of character and there are many fun things to find on all the floors. We loved exploring all the nooks and finding little treasures to take home. Thanks for a fun experience!

My husband and I went together. They had a great selection and the staff was very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. We had a little trouble geting my wheelchair through, but I enjoyed it anyway.

It has many items that you would see at any antique mall, but then it has very unique items. There is an artist upstairs, as well. Plan to spend minimally half a day. There is a little quaint restaurant attached, called Roosters that is a must for lunch.

The Galesburg Antique's Mall Co. in downtown Galesburg has something for everyone. There are tings for crafters, collectors, antiquers, and just about everyone else. If you are looking for antique furniture ... it's there. If you are looking for antique toys ... it's there. If you are looking for antique jewelry ... it's there. If you are looking for just about anything else ... you will probably find it there.I have lived in the greater Galesburg area for 8 years and every time I visit, which is about every two months, I find all sorts of new and interesting treasures. Plus, their prices are very resonable.

I and my wife were just there yesterday. If you have alot of free time this is an excellent place to wander, especially for old memorabilia about Galesburg and Knox College. When you are done shopping you can go down the street to eat at the Landmark Cafe or Chez Willys, all of which have excellent food and atmosphere.

Overwhelming selection of antiques. I went in looking for something specific and I found it. Some items (like books) should've been stored so they would be in better condition, and the selection included a lot of non-antiques. There are 3 floors, and there was no air conditioning, so it was a pretty uncomfortable old-fashioned browsing experience even on the first floor. If you want to get lost in old things for a few hours, come here. I was there for hours and never made it to the third floor. Each floor is a separate dealer.

Det här var andra gången till Antiques Mall i Galesburg. Den ligger på Main Street och är i flera våningar. Man lämnar tydligen in till dem och sedan säljer de åt en. På den översta våningen finns det ett till två rum för lokal historia. Ett trevligt ställe men man behöver tid för att titta på allt. Det är otroligt att det finns något sådant i lilla Galesburg. Det finns även andra antik-och secondhand ställen i Galesburg så gillar man det är det ett bra ställe att åka till eller stanna till vid. Men som sagt man behöver tid...Om jag inte minns fel så finns det hiss där.
