celebration golf club

For past several years, we have been playing Celebration Golf Club whenever we visit the Orlando area. There are many outstanding golf courses in Central Florida, but Celebration ranks among the best public courses in our state. The greens roll true and the fairways are plush green. The staff is exceptionally friendly, from the starters to the maintenance staff. Usually we eat lunch or dinner in the clubhouse. While there are other fine restaurants nearby, the food in the grill is far above average for courses. And the large screen TVs are usually tuned in to a variety of sporting events available for viewing while you eat. We've played over 100 different courses around the southeast and Celebration is one of our favorites.

this is a well laid out challenging course, don't be tempted to start on the back tees unless your a real accurate big hitter! There is a tee for all abilities, chose the right one and you will really enjoy you round. The course is in superb condition and it runs through some very expensive real estate. It's well worth a visit.

I live in Scotland. Surrounded by amazing courses. Lucky enough to have played here twice. If I could only ever play 1 more course, this is it. The course, the greens, the houses, well, go see for yourself.

it was a beautiful day for golf. we arrive for a 1pm tee time. nice practice area for both putting and chipping. the place however was packed and we were sent out about 20mins late. gorgeous course in superb condition with interesting holes unlike the typical FL fare. the round ended up about 5hrs to finish. really liked the course and we hope to return but i hope the back up was not typical.

This was a very nice golf experience. Play moved along quickly. Fair tees for women!!!! I found the course to have many interesting and few repetitive holes. From the gold tees the par threes especially were very difficult. Course condition excellent except for the clowns that do not rake traps, fix divots, or ball marks (it is not a private club). Greens were in pretty good shape with lots of contour. It will be a lot easier the second time around. Water range, chipping and putting practice facilities. No GPS so bring your own. Look forward to going back. If you go off before 1:30 you can get 18 in before sunset at the reduced rate.

played this course on our last day on our golfing holiday to orlando and we saved the best for last not an easy course but it is fab.worth a visit

I have played here a many times and its one of my favourite courses. The layout is challenging and is always in great condition. The staff are always friendly, but, I have to say I was a bit put out this time by the starter who ruined the relaxed atmosphere by chasing us onto the tee, even took the practice balls off our cart and said "you wont have time to hit those" he could have bumped us down as it wasn't busy. Maybe he missed the customer care day as all the other staff were at the level we expected. He even said we have to play with another member looking for a game which we refused to do. Apart from that which could have ruined the day we had a great time It was over the xmas period a nice xmas feel about the place with xmas music playing around the clubhouse and putting green. If you are in the area its well worth playing and its good test of golf with a good selection of holes long short over water tight and open.

This is golf course food that is surprisingly good. Great variety on the menu besides the standard wings and things; i.e. quesadillas, grilled chicken, etc. The "cowboy" will have you leaving full, don't eat it before you play you won't be able to make a good turn!!! LOL!

nice golf course conditions, restaurant food good, pro shop could have had better women's selection. easy, convenient parking.

The golf staff is very helpful, the course and clubhouse are in great shape, and the restaurant has good food as well.

This is our second year we travel to Celebration and enjoyed this great Golf Course.Beatiful setting and well taken care of, some holes really challenging. We checked online on for a couples golf outting we decided this would be a good place to place. We were wrong, it was not good but great. reat service at bag drop, Course in great shape and very interesting. The round included free lunch and even a free cookie from a lady on the course. Pace of play was great and we all had a great time.

Playing golf, while others were freezing. Green fees were not that expensive, well kept greens and fast.

On monday it was sunny so we decided to play golf at Celebration gc First we had lunch at thé windmill restaurant The cowboy yeha hamburger was perfect good beef meat which was tasty and not fatThen we enjoyed playing golf The golf course was a little complicated With a lot of waterBut very interesting to play We Will come back !
