I went online to make reservations for the Hallandale flowrider as I have done many times when my grandchildren come to visit. I signed in to my account and bought 8 sessions for a total of $127. The site then took me back to the reservation page but I could not get it to work. I hit the "contact us" button on this page that specifically said Hallandale and the only phone number to come up was one in Plano TX ! I called that number and was told that the Hallandale store is closed!! Of course I can use my credits if I just get on a plane with my four grandchildren and fly to Texas!

They only apply their rules when they feel like it. They are rude and unorganized.I paid for something and 10 minutes later, before I left, I decided I didn't want it and they would only give me a store credit.The first time I went there, they allowed me to go into the surfing area to take photos after I signed a consent form. The next time I went, they said I was not allowed to go in.

visited this place yesterday kinda on a whim and had a blast. We would have stayed for longer but it got quite packed with small children after about 5pm. Having been a life long snowboarded and surf for a few years this is MUCH different than anything i have ever done but was SO awesome. Sam was out teacher guy and he was awesome, took his time with us and just an overall cool dude. I will for sure be back at come point.Besides the mass amounts of fun we had here, the shop is super nice too, very clean and well put together with a great staff that knows what they are talking about and like same, are just genuinely cool people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

My son is just crazy about this place. he loves the indoor surfing and all the items they sell in this store,its huge. just dont forget to make a reservation because its very popular

This place is very cool... The kids love that! Its in the gulfstream market so the mother can go shopping and father and the kid can go take a look at the people who try to make surf.

very nice friendly place for kids. . the staff really takes pride in their jobs. My son is there every weekend and has always had a great time and looks forward to the next visit. It is a must go for kids and adults.

I went with my kids to try the wave and where impressed how bad they treated us.1. The windows are not clean and it is impossible to take pictures.2. The staff does not explain how to use the boards and are arrogant.3. We where with 3 other people and no one knows how much time you get on your turn.4. My kids did not like it (incredible)The staff is not friendly. The place could be much better if the employees made a little effort to make it an enjoyable experience.I will probably go one more time, if its

I was told about the Aqua shop from my youngest son of 14 years of age .He had come down to the shop with his camp,and didn't stop talking about the great time he had.Unfortunately in South Florida,leaning to do any kind of surfing is a myth,as the waves to surf are really sad.My step daughter wanted to learn how to surf,but picking a weekend,and time of day was like the lottery,so we came down to the shop to surf.What a great experience we had,and recommend the Aqua shop experience with the highest regard!!!Bravo!!

What an amazing concept. This store has everything you can think of, you can actually surf in a real water wave inside the shop. It also has a great selection of brand name apparel.If you want something fun and new I strongly recommend to visit Aqua Shop.
