cheval golf & country club

I rate the course as average only because I don't have the option or rating the course as GOOD which it is. It's not very good but good enough to consider playing again the next time I am in town. The course is next door to TPC so it's easy to find. Water is on 17 holes but I only found the Aqua a few times. It's a good track and I look forward to playing it when it isn't so wet. (It poured the night before I played it). They have a great GPS system on the golf carts that is touch sensitive so you can get yardage to any point on each hole. Makes me wonder why every golf course doesn't do the same. Very good layout with good risk reward situations. Try it and you'll like it

Cheval Golf and Country Club has come a long way over the last few years. The clubhouse is spectacular and the course is in excellent condition. The greens are fast and true, but a bit on the hard side as preferred by better players. Overall a wonderful part of a golf trip.

Great place to go for breakfast. We lived in the neighborhood and would go up for breakfast. Would recommend it for family gatherings or just going up with the kids!

Have plated the TPC Course, eaten at the Clubhouse, and have been to the Players Tournaments over the years. Always Top Notch. Have friends who live there and frequently visit.

Bring your A game and get ready to challenge this well designed course. Trouble at every turn and it requires precise shots - but the rewards are great. Really one of the Top 5 designs I've played - and I've played a lot of great courses!!

Great neighborhood and my experience here has been great except for the development of the restaurant we went there and the service was so slow.

Played Cheval on the Member for a Day special $45 + tax per person which included lunch. Great deal and a great course. Challenging but fair layout, greens were in perfect shape, course staff were very friendly. An interesting layout you never see another hole while playing and there are no weak holes on this course.Very enjoyable experience would play again.

Great, casual dining. I've eaten there 20 times and have never had a bad meal! You always see Cheval friends there - join up and take advantage ofthe best restaurant in the neighborhood!!

very difficult and challenging course next door to TPC TAMPA BAY ... wow ... what a beautiful course !!

This course is in our community of Cheval and it is in great shape. It is a very challenging course, but a wonderful layout. The new Clubhouse has just opened and you should come out to play as well as check out the diferent classifications there are to join as a full time member.
