Thank you for taking the time to review our park and more importantly staying with us! We do apologize for any inconvenience that the RV site may have caused you. If you were to stay with us again, please do not hesitate to ask for a site change. We have many guests that, once they have arrived to their site, find other sites that suit their needs and simply call us or come to the office to change it. We want our guests to have the perfect site especially during the winter months when we are not at full capacity. Some of our sites were designed in a way that there may be a few feet between the sewer lines and electric box, but again if it inconveniences you, please let us know so when can get you in a new site. It was good to meeting you at our first ever Christmas Day Lunch/Dinner. It was so nice to meet you and your wife and grandchild!!! Thank you for all the nice compliments!!. Ruthie, Tommy, Andrea, & Ryan, and Jack and Laura, plus the store staff go out of their way to see that everything is running smoothly for our guests!!!! Our Winterfest was a BLAST!!!! Thank you so much for taking the time to review our park! We are thrilled that you had a great time with us! Labor Day weekend is certainly a weekend to remember! Our fireworks show is getting better and better and we are very glad you enjoyed them! You should definitely come back for our Halloween weekends! The first FOUR weekends in October will feature the Haunted Trail and the Haunted House (Trail on Friday, and House on Saturday). Our activity directors are already planning activities for everyone and they are super excited about the Haunted House! Thank you for taking the time to review our park! We have been renovating for what seems like years now and still are renovating today. There is always room for improvements. There are a few sites that are not shaded but the majority of our sites are shaded by big Oak trees. I do want to correct you so others won’t get confused but Winn-Dixie is only about 7 miles away in the town of Madison. There is a Wal-Mart that is 25 minutes away in Live Oak. Thank you for taking the time to review our park. We are very sorry about all the issues you faced while staying with us. One thing you mentioned was the fire pit. That should have been taken care of before you arrived and we apologize for that. Just as the store worker explained, our maintenance staff gets very busy and sometimes they overlook something or forget, again we apologize. In regards to the Lazy River being closed was truly out of our hands. We close the slide area down if we hear thunder or see lightning, we would never close just because it was cloudy; all that is for your safety. Another thing that should never have happened was the alcohol situation. We are truly sorry about the incident and we NEVER want our guests to feel shunned.
