A beautiful view on a beautiful day while on tour with Vermont country driving tours, George told us some of the history and facts about the falls and then took pictures of ny husband and I before we left.

Sat outside on the verandah which afforded a great view. The food was just okay best part of the dinning experience was the lemonade.

Bring a chair and sit in the river all day with a cold beverage and a local sandwich. This is one of my favorite spots in Vt. Thankfully those who visit clean up their trash to keep this river clean!

This is treasure to have in Bristol's backyard....cliff jumping, waterfall showers, rock scrambling, shallow water for the littles,.....FUN spot.

I love this place if you have the chance GO!!!! I went with friends and had a ball families and well behaved dogs enjoying the water.

Definitely better before the 80's earthquake and the horrid flooding in the 00's however, still the coolest place ever to spend a hot summer day. Huge, deep pool for swimming and low hanging rocks to jump off. Or you can swim to the waterfall and climb behind it - super slippery so water shoes are recommended. There are also several really high spots to jump from and, last time I checked, a rope swing.
