zen yoga studio

Zen Yoga is a wonderful studio. The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. The studio is roomy and has all the equipment needed for class. They even have extra mats if you forget to bring your own.(no extra charge) They have a variety of Yoga classes to choose from, and also Pilates classes. Every class is a little different. I leave after the class feeling relaxed and de-stressed. Highly recommend!
