ma and pa's gift shack

This is a great little place to stop. They have horse drawn sleigh rides in the winter and wagon rides in the spring to see how the sap is collected. They make maple syrup. The gift shop has all kinds of unusual items for sale. A great learning experience for the little ones. The ride takes you through the woods and into a field out back. There are blankets to help keep you warm on the sleigh ride and hot chocolate when you get back. Check it out for a pleasant surprise!

This is a very neat little place that is paced with a lot of unique items. Stop by and you'll be surprised at the amount of items that they have.

My wife bought me a hammock from Ma and Pa's. She gave it to me for Christmas last year, and I don't think I've ever received a gift that I've used so much! (Does that make me lazy??) Great products, great prices, friendly owners.

Taking a carriage ride at Ma & Pa's is a must every time we're in Ohio and there's snow on the ground. Tammy is always so kind, and very helpful in setting up our ride. The people driving the sleighs are also very kind and answer all of our stupid questions. We've brought our kids and gone as a couple and every ride has always been perfect.

I had never heard of Ma & pa's, but bought a Groupon for an afternoon sleigh ride! Tammy was very helpful and sweet when making reservations an the gentleman that operated our sleigh was very pleasant as well. My family thoroughly enjoyed the 25 min sleigh ride and we had hot cider, coffee and cookies when we returned. There is a cute little gift shop with items made fom locals and misc items. I didn't purchased anything, but enjoyed looking around. The only disappointing part were the port a John restroom facilities. For the price charged an indoor restroom should be a priority.

Tammy and Sue who work at the shop, were so sweet. Both woman made or visit to the carriage ride and gift shop wonderful. I would come back again if I was ever in this area.
