It's a fun place to go. The kids love it.Employees could be friendlier...all they seem to do is stand and look mad. There is a place for tiny jumpers but they seem to always end up with the bigger kids and its just too dangerous for them. There needs to be food options....like a nice concession stand etc. In all a good option if your in town.

I went here for my nephews birthday party. The jumping areas were a lot of fun for the kids. They have dodgeball and basketball along with other jumping activities. Everything seemed ok until we went to the "party" rooms. These are tiny old offices with two picnic tables in them. There were absolutely no places for the parents to sit and we were a very small party. So what you have is a bunch of adults sitting on the floor eating pizza and cake littering the huge hallway that looked like an old car dealer store front. There were several other very young girls that worked there also in the hallway complaining about coworkers and being loud and obnoxious. They assign a girl to each room making sure you only stay the allowed 45 minutes for your party. I understand some people need coached to get out in a timely manner but they might as well put a digital clock in the room counting down your time to leave. Although the girl that helped us was nice the nature of it was annoying. The worst part about it was not having anywhere to sit. With all the business this place gets at least take care of the adults that are paying the bills and give them a place to sit and relax and set down there plate of food in the hallway. We explained this to some of the girls and asked if they had a suggestion box, they replied that they have brought several things to the managers attention and they will not do anything about it.

We love it for the kids during the winter esp. Gave them a place to let off some steam. The only problem is that they let all the kids no matter their age together. Some of the younger kids get push around to much. Should have certain areas for certain age groups.

I have gone with little children during their toddler time. The place is designed with many trampolines shaped in squares that are connected with mats. The main rule is that there is only ever one person on a mat at a time. You can jump all over the place. There are several different areas. There is a basketball area, a dodge ball area, a jumping into a large air mat (like the stunt mans do in the movies) and two other jumping areas. There is lots to do and my kids had fun! If you don't want to rent a locker you can put your shoes on the back wall with everyone else's.

Took my soon to be 12 year old son and a friend. I think they had 5 different jumping areas, including a doge ball area and an area with basketball hoops. We went for one hour, and it was sufficient. They had a chance to use each area for several minutes. Would be really great for a party. There are kids of all ages all together though, so I'd try to hit a less crowded time if your kids are older or if you have a large group. You can't always predict who will be there though, even though you can see how many spots are reserved for your time slot. Many people buy tickets at the door.

My child has been there three times and all three times came down with a bad virus. They may need to disinfect more often.

My kids have been there twice. It's nice for kids who outgrew Pump It Up. First time was during regular open time and a school day off. It was packed but fun. The second time was during a fundraiser, better time because the kids can find places to jump on the trampoline. They loved dodgeball. The basketball area is hidden around the back of the trampoline. Not easy to see unless there is a sign that I didn't notice. A little pricey for an hour when you have more than one child but fun to go to.

The arena opened late last year. We finally got around to visiting it while some family was staying with us from out of town. Because it's so new, all of the equipment is in great shape. The place is clean, well lit and well laid out. We arrived when it opened on a Saturday morning, hoping to beat the crowds because we had my young grandsons with us, and were afraid they would be stomped once the place got busier. The sign-in process was confusing. We waited in line to get to the counter, but the barriers they put up to "guide" guests didn't really help us figure out where to go. There were five people, all 18-25, behind the counter, but mostly they seemed to be standing around. When we finally got to the counter, we were directed to go back near the exit where you had to complete the online waiver form. After doing that, back in line for the counter. You are issued a pair of "jumping socks," which are basically low socks with some rubberized grip strips. We all took them but several of us ditched them because they didn't grip as well as bare feet. If you are worried about the yuck factor, wear them. If you want max bounce action, go barefoot. The place is very big with several different areas. The largest was the main jumping area which includes the angled trampolines around the edges. That's where most people spend most of their time. Next to that are five basketball hoops at various heights. Each had it's own enclosure and trampoline so you could bounce and slam-dunk. There is a pair of stuntman-style air bags you can run and jump into. This was the place where the jump socks really let people down. When they would try to make the big launch-step from the trampoline onto the air bag, they would lose traction and not get very far. Climbing out of a five-foot-thick air bag is comical. We were concerned about the gap between the end of the trampoline and the edge of the airbag. Looks wide enough for someone to fall into, but no disasters while were there. Next to the air bags is the free-for-all dodgeball arena. We had a great time but were very glad we got there when we did. By 11:00, it was hard to find a place to jump. When we arrived, we debated about whether to play for a half hour or full hour, and were glad we did the full hour. Several in the group were sweaty messes when we left. Bouncing is a lot of work! Great fun, Great facility. My 3- and 6-year old grandsons enjoyed it, as did my adult daughters. The only downside is the staff, which is just this side of useless. None of the nabobs behind the counter thought to advise about filling in the waivers before getting in line. Our safety instruction, delivered by someone who looks like he just rolled out the van he slept in, was vague and incomplete. There was very little enforcement of the rules that are posted in several places. A friend who'd been before had exactly the same experience. My grandson's jump socks were too small and kept falling off. I asked for the next bigger size and was told I'd have to buy them. He went barefoot instead. And in the hour we were there, I never saw one of them smile. They were uniformly bored-looking and indifferent. They mainly stood around and practiced their whistle-twirling skills. They really seemed to want to be somewhere else, and this was within the first hour of opening. We've frequently visited the Laser Quest in Canton, and that staff is remarkable. They are always enthusiastic and fun, and they make sure everyone understands the rules before playing. Considering the much higher danger in a trampoline park, Sky Max should go to school on the approach they take at Laser Tag.
